This is a very unique hotel. It is comprised of several buildings that are connected. It is very clean, comfortable with a staff that goes above and beyond with their service. Breakfast was served in a delightful annex. The host there was fantastic. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful regarding areas and museums we wished to tour. Our room was on a top floor with a terrace. Maastricht is such a delightful fairytale looking city and the views from our terrace over looked the church next door. As mentioned before, it is a very unique property, but definitely would stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The hotel was excellent Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room was clean comfortable and well appointed. The food in Safer restaurant and the breakfast were excellent and the staff outstanding. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We would definitely go back!

Nice location, clean and well-maintained room. I am not sure breakfast is worth the cost, as it is not a buffet and you might find better options right on the square the hotel is facing

Location was amazing, straight on the main square, property historic, lovely large bedroom/apartment with air conditioning, fully functioning kitchen and drinks in the fridge to purchase. Wonderful. Didn't have time to try the spa. Staircase to the bedroom quite steep, but as its an historic property, it is understandable. There is also a lift.

The service was great. The room was very comfortable with a big sitting area. The location is amazing in the city center

Lovely place, but we splurged on the deluxe suite which happened to be on the ground floor in the front of the building. It is like an old apartment building so we heard everyone coming in and out, as well as the staff delivering breakfast to other rooms. They could do with a runner carpet on the steps and hallway to help with the noise. The breakfast was amazing though! We did use the sauna and pool and there were no toiletries available in the shower/changing area. Shampoo/ body wash would be nice as well as bags for wet bathing suits. Otherwise, lovely facilities.

Great, cozy boutique hotel on main square but our room, even though facing the square, was quiet. Good AC, great location, help at main desk is excellent. Only downside was they were repairing elevator in our part of building during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is delightful, the staff excellent, the location perfect (especially if you are an Andre Rieu fan and are fortunate enough to be there when he is scheduled to perform), and the city amazing. We had planned to arrive before 6:00 p.m., but our GPS had a mind of it's own; thus we were late from Amsterdam. However, Catharina stayed late, called to check on us, and when we told her we were lost trying to find the hotel, she stood on the sidewalk in front to show us the way. She helped us unload, carry bags to our room, whisked away the car to park it so we wouldn't get further lost, and asked how we wanted breakfast in the morning. Amazing service! Our breakfast arrived at our room on a cart. The clerk pulled a table away the wall, spread out a white tablecloth, arranged our place settings nearly, and then set out a large glass-dome covered plate with assorted buns and croissants (8 total), a glass platter of thin sliced cheeses and meats, a bowl of yogurt, a bowl of muesli, a pitcher of cream, a pitcher of fresh orange juice, a dish of fresh fruit, and butter and jam. A fantastic way to start our day. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We can't wait to get back home and start saving for a return trip! Around the hotel are plenty of restaurants, tons of cute shops, surprising discoveries (an ancient wall, a waterwheel, and more), and winding narrow streets. Maastricht is very scenic and lovely, the hotel charming, and the people helpful. Stay!
