We went to the Westin for my grandsons 6th birthday. All he wanted to do was go to a hotel and swim and we chose the Westin. Could not take him to the pool bebause about 10 adults were smoking marajuana and playing loud music. I contacted the front desk and a security guard went out to the pool. I was watching from the window at the end of the hall. The people at the pool just lit up another one right in front of the guard and they did not leave the pool as directed by security. I literally went there for the pool and birthday. Needless to say I called back down to the front desk. After that the manager, Enricho called me apologizing and saying he was going to refund my room since I had such a bad experience. Well that was on Saturday, June 29th. He will not return my calls. I really thought the Westin was a nice hotel and thought they would be accommodating but I was so wrong and disappointed!

The check in staff lady didn’t greet us with even a welcome to the Westin. The bed wasn’t properly made, a lining on the mattress was all waded up. I expected way more from The Westin.

Reserved two queens. When I arrived they said none available, only king and they would send a rollaway. It never arrived and when we finally reached someone they said none available. Please note we had a $20 charge for an extra person. Who then had to squeeze in bed with us or sleep on floor. My daughter bought items in lobby that required microwave and none available in room. Had to use bar microwave and get eating utensils from them. Felt like i was staying in an $80 budget hotel although they would have had a microwave in room. Checkin was extremely slow long line. Very disappointed for the amount of money being charged for the room. Parking was $20 for one night

The day of our reservation all the streets to the hotel were blocked and we had to park a few blocks away. When we got to the lobby at 4:30 it was mobbed and people were just waiting for their rooms. We were told we would have to wait and they would not give us any time estimate. There was a concert a lot of people were attending at the nearby convention center and people were changing and getting ready in the lobby bathroom. We didn’t get a room u til 6pm. It was extremely stressful. Also, there was no service recovery. You would think they would offer bottles of water or something. I won’t go back to this property knowing they can’t handle a large event.

The room never got cooler than 73 degrees, terrible night sleep. Stains on the lamps and toilet seat, they are not keeping up with the quality standards in rooms. Would not recommend based on how much they charge, overpriced for the lack of quality

This hotel is wasn’t nearly as nice as other Westin hotels I’ve stayed at. There was nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t go the extra mile and the staff seemed annoyed to be there.

The beds were comfortable. You have to pay for parking. The walls were incredibly dusty in the room and there were stains on the comforter. The room phone would not stop beeping. And the room did not have a microwave.

It was great except but if you go on a holiday expect the valet station to be abandoned and find your own parking in a giant confusing garage

The staff was super welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Reading the reviews I was a little hesitant on selecting this hotel, but it was clean and convenient to the stadium. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. No issues and would stay again.
