The heat was out in the room, toilet kept running water. And the sink in the bathroom had a leak.

Our bed was comfy, but the floor had burn marks and the bathroom had a mildew type smell that would cover the room of door was left open. The shower curtain had mold spots on the bottom. I did not feel like it was real clean, but the bed sheets seemed clean and I guess that’s my main concern.

Average quality, clean but a lot of noticeable deferred maintenance, area is a little isolated. Staff was great, friendly and helpful.

We checked in really late due to traveling all night. After getting into our room, the pullout couch was completely broken and couldn’t be used. Since there were 5 of us, it was really needed. It was so late, my kids were asleep in truck and needed to go to bed, we dealt.

The lady that checked us in was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The seating had stains which made the room appear dirty but the beds and bathroom was spotless. They should really consider reupholstering the furniture or do a better job removing the stains.

We had to change rooms 3 times. Twice because of very damp rugs and bathroom floors and one time because the tv didn’t work. The room we finally got one of the bulbs in the bathroom didn’t work

I will always stay here when staying in Txk on the Arkansas side. The room is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the pool is a nice plus with kids. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Not terrible… the room and lobby could have been cleaner. Microwave is in a cubby that won’t plug in so you have to move a full-sized microwave to the counter just to use it. Overall, the hotel is dated and just needs an update and a paint job. The area did feel safe and there was an excellent Italian restaurant around the corner.

This hotel is extremely dirty. Stains all over the place. Whole hotel smelled so stuffy we left.

This is a real inconvenience when you’re on the 4th floor but it’s really inconsiderate when the staff at the hotel doesn’t let you know that the power is out. I had to call the front desk to why the elevator wasn’t working and this is when I found out the power was out and their is no estimate time of restore.

I stayed at this hotel about 4 or 5 years ago when it was brand new and the rooms were very nice and clean.
This time it was a disappointment; the walls were dirty as well as the couch and the bathroom had mold and broken shower head.
