A phenomenal hotel with equally phenomenal staff! My fiancé and I were there for 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The location was excellent with good dining, shopping, and currency exchange only a few minute walk in any direction. Finding a "Grab" car was never an issue and they picked up extremely quickly. Highly recommend the location and would stay again!

In the middle of the night (1am to 4am) there were a mob of people outside the hotel yelling and screaming, clearly drunk and disorderly, and disturbing the piece. We called the front desk around 2am and asked them to do something, they just said there nothing they could do. We asked them to call the police to disperse the crowd, but the front desk said they could not or would not do that. We felt unsafe and unprotected. In addition, the streets in this neighborhood are filthy and fell unsafe, especially at night. Please don’t stay at this hotel, and I urge Orbitz / Expedia to remove it from their website and app.

Place looks nice in pictures and pool looks good but there is barely any room to enjoy it. They list they have gym and restaurant but have neither. The employees talk where talking bad about me in Vietnamese not knowing my friend knows the language and is Vietnamese. It’s over priced and not worth it! BEWARE!

Rooms clean and modern, staff very friendly and helpful. If you use stair corridor instead of elevator, be prepared it’s pretty shady. Street in front of hotel quite loud and dirty but still normal for Saigon.

Well situated, good staff, nice pool and view of the river. Breakfast buffet areas uncomfortable seating. Breakfast and coffee was good but lacks variety after four days eating there. Western options needs to be added other than the white bread and corn flakes (yogurt, bagels, granola, cheese, etc.)

We were charged for a tiny stain on a pillowcase. It seems you need to pay for hotel laundry. There was no bar, breakfast was limited. Some staff were great but others only spoke local language. Overall I would not call it a 3 star hotel.

A good hotel. The stay was very comfortable. Hotel is very centrally located. Breakfast could've been better.

The hotel breakfast spread is too limited. To enjoy the bathtub, aircon must be off and there are small ants on the bed and sink. Can hear loud door bang when other room close the main door.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Great location. Staff were very friendly and alway ready to help. We were a short walk to most of the sites and restaurants. The only downside was our bed very soft but all in all a great venue.

Great location and the view from our room was great, 6th floor king with view of the river. Gourmet market right around the corner for incidentals. Money exchange one block over. Easy walking distance to sites. Would definitely stay again. Some have noted the noise, but it’s located in the city, so of course you will hear horns and such. It was quiet by the time we were ready for bed.

I guess the air-con filters were also never changed judging by the dirt. some of the rooms are facing a club next door, so get ready for a no sleep during the weekend. The swimming pool and breakfast area look totally different from the pictures and since they glazed the whole roof-top it is not possible to really enjoy it. All the cute tables with chairs that were originally there got replaced by fixed and very dirty benches and tables. Generally do not count to wnjoy any nice sunbathing time on the rooftop as it is very unwelcoming and full of some different trays that they use for serving a breakfast. When the breakfast is served you cannot use the swimming pool. In the evening there is no bar or other possibility to enjoy it there.

Perfect 2-night stay ! Upper floor, huge deluxe bedroom with river view! Good breakfast! I’ll definitely stay there again!
