There was a cockroach in the bathroom, eyelashes on the wash rag, and hair (short brown) on the shower wall. Shower was terrible, hardly any hot water. Had to call for shuttle from Miami airport.

Overall good. Breakfast is average but breakfast staff is not at all friendly. Overall good stay.

Everything was great and they had an amazing breakfast. We also had a beautiful view of the airport from our room.

Lots of broken outlets and switches in my room. Window blind was also broken and did not open or close.

I should have done my research before booking. But this was a last minute trip for work. I will never stay near an airport again, if you’re a light sleeper you will not sleep. The rooms feel outdated. There is a weird smell, and with my luck there noisy ppl slamming doors on my floor. Honestly this has been the worse experience I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Arranged pick up from the airport but this too 90 minutes. On arrival was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned and stayed on the door that it was not made up. Had to go back to reception to be allocated another room. After a long flight this is the last thing we needed.

I received an excellent customer service, I arrived very tired and the personnel was very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and organized.

Very clean, staff was nice, had breakfast there and it tasted way better than it looked.Hallways were clean the rooms are clean with lots of hookups for technology. I had a good two day stay that was enjoyable.

Hotel did not have the room we needed. They would not refund our money because we booked with a “third party”. They said we need to get our refund through hotels.com. Worse was that we had to scramble to find another hotel and paid way more than we should have for the proper accommodations. It ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday surprise to a concert in sac. The Hyatt staff was rude and dismissive

everything went well. the hotels.com app was efficient. the night front desk attendant at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Miami Airport East, saw superbly excellent. He should be promoted, and hired to train all holiday Inn staff.

Hot tub was filthy. After alerting the staff the manger quickly said it was closed and put a closed sign by the pool entry. Breakfast was subpar. Gym was not cleaned regularly. There were no sanitary wipes to clean the machines. The front desk offered me Kleenex to wipe the machine! The cleaning staff gave me a towel with some bleach on it to wipe the machine down. Not clean.

We arrived at 9:30 pm and called the hotel immediately for the shuttle . They said to call back after we had our luggage, which we did, at 9:50. By 10:15, four calls later, I finally reached someone who noted our location and said to remain there - a shuttle would be there within 15 minutes. Half an hour later, we watched the shuttle circumvent us and leave the airport. I called the hotel again to find that that was the last shuttle; we were told to get an Uber and they would reimburse us. We did, but they didn’t. Blinds didn’t work in room so we had the pool light shining in our room all night and early sun. Late planes overhead, no hot water, bathroom door didn’t close. Disappointed because we really like this brand hotel near us.

Convenient to the airport. Provides shuttle service to and from the airport and port. Great breakfast. Everything is clean and updated. Parking during cruise for $20 a day.

The stay itself was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was very poor. We had to wait for over an hour, watching shuttles from other hotels stop many times at the airport. The shuttle to the airport was 45 minutes late.
