The apartment was in a lovely part of Zagreb and within easy walking distance to the train station.
The apartment was well equipped and the beds were comfortable, however, the air conditioning didn’t work very well.

I traveled solo and found the apartment met my needs. It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t comment on what was available for use. Bath Towels were provided. Apartment #2 is on the second floor and I didn’t see any elevator so it could be challenging for those who have accessibility needs. I enjoyed my stay.

Toiletries were not clean and not proper and water in the bathing was not regular . Parking is the most difficult part and was not aware that it is on 2nd floor and there is no escalator

Great location. Good for families. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working (and was located in a different apartment even though we booked with it).

We arrived in the room and were immediately met with a very strong smell of cigarettes. As non-smokers, it was unbearable for us and we had to leave and book a room elsewhere. The room was falsely advertised as non-smoking, so be aware!
Additionally, the cooking hob and the dishwasher were both broken.
After advising the owner of the smell and leaving the room how we found it, we were outright refused a refund by them.

Great location. The apartment was central which meant we could easily get back to escape the extreme heat when needed. Air con worked and was a much needed relief for our 5 year old. Wi-fi also worked which made him happy too. We were able to get fresh towels and linen when we needed to as well.

Apartments are centrally located right in the heart of the City. Our group agreed hat we could live months comfortably in the two apartments we rented. Restaurants & cafe's everywhere!
One note is to contact Tesla prior to arrival to coordinate check-in.

Apartment was within city area. However there were no parking lots nearby so bringing your luggages around can be challenging. Host was very helpful.

Location is good, near the centre, room clean and good (it is on different address), the host gave detailed instructions to check in, but the lights of the living room are regrettably dead during my short stay, pity pity! And no shower curtain, mirror too high in the bathroom, that's inconvenient!

Great location and convenient to city center
I would recommend the water temperature be fixed
Someone could get scalded since the water temperature changes while using the shower and also clean the bathroom vent so dirty you having dirt accumulating in masses

The apt is very comfortable and outfitted with all you need including a toaster. It is well situated in the city center just two short blocks from the main square. From there it is very easy to walk everywhere to see the sights. There are lits of restaurants all around it. One just should know there are 2 sets of stairs to go up/down. You need to arrange to meet a staff person for checkin and to help you settle in tho instructions can also be sent to access the apt.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable. It was located right in the middle of shopping and dining pedestrian zone-perfect! Jelena was wonderful. She gave us great directions to the apartment. We would definitely stay again.

The location of this property is superb - walking distance to most everything a visitor hopes to see in Zagreb, and numerous restaurants and cafes right outside the door. No elevator, so stairs are involved. Close the window at night as rhe garbage collectors come through noisily down the street about 1:00 a.m. Overall we loved it.

It was beautiful... a little bit on the small side but every bit used well .... lots of room to store bags.... would have been nice if there were a couple of tea bags / instant coffee. Location fabulous as you can easily see everything in lower and upper town with a short walk and the trams cheap and convenient to get anywhere else. Lots of eating options nearby no matter what your budget. Be prepared to get on wifi and track down last minute instructions as to exact location and how to let yourself in. This can be a challenge if you are jet legged and missed flight connections as we did

Modern and pretty appartement in the middle of the center. Communication was really good and the host gave a lot of help regarding parking and restaurants.
Unfortunately, we found hair in our bed, our towels and in the bathroom (every time just one, but it gave us a feeling that it was not cleaned very well)

The place was so clean, very spacious and close to the city center. The owner gave us very clear instructions with pictures so we could find it easily. Considering that we booked the place on the exact same day that we were checking in, everything went smoothly and we will definitely stay with them again!
