Check out at 10:30am with a firm no when requesting a later checkout is diabolical. No one needs hours and hours to clean the room after you leave. The proof is that other hotels handle it just fine. This place simply doesn’t care.
And there’s no room service for stays less than three days… this hotel is nicely located and has comfy beds, but truly seems to hate its guests. And the bathroom design is awful. I’d pass on staying here again—they just don’t care if you have a nice stay or not, and they seem to aim for not.

The location, staff, service and cleanliness were excellent. However the beds were incredibly noisy every time you moved the culprit being the mattress protector. Being a woman of a certain age it was uncomfortably hot due to the plastic/rubber material.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The property was very quiet with a terrace perfect for a nightcap. Within walking distance of many cool sites & public transportation.

Excellent room, friendly staff, good location. Elevator didnt work but we can walk to 3rd. Sorry for the ones who couldnt.

Very good location. The price to the whole service and the environment is relatively reasonable. Breakfast is very good!

Despite being recently renovated there was no coffee and tea making facilities and no refrigerator. The office closed at 6pm.

This is a nice, clean hotel close to all the sights. I arrived when there was still someone at the desk. I didn't need to fill out a Covid card like the online check-in requested. It was the fastest check-in that I have ever had! Very nice receptionist, too. I didn't try the breakfast as it was going to cost way too much.

As it’s says in the name it ideally located. We stayed when it was unbearably hot but the fan in the room helped. Overall nice place to stay.

Ok hotel but nothing exceptional. Internet on 4th floor where my room was locates was down the first 20 hours until such time the owner re-booted the system after having to re-prove the system still wasn't working
