Clean rooms friendly staff

We stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bali Airport, prior to our flight the following morning. I cannot fault the hotel in any way. The staff were kind, courteous and couldn't do enough for you. There was a large outdoor pool, bar, restaurant, shop and a gym. We stayed in the Presidential suite- Wow, what an amazing room. The size and facilities were beyond our expectations. There was a very large bathroom with double shower, large bath, double sink and toilet in addition to another bathroom which also had a shower and toilet. A large lounge area, kitchen and large bedroom with a wadarobe room which was also a decent size. Highly recommended and the price for the facilities we had was very reasonable.

It serves its purpose, which is to be in close proximity to the airport when one arrives or departs very late or very early. In my case because our Ubud checkout was 11 and our flight was 12 hours later, we booked the hotel for the day. It provided a bed, shower, tv etc, so we could rest and refresh before our flight home. For $83 AUD it worked out cheaper than paid lounges at the airport which don't offer shower or bed. Restaurant is GOOD! Amenities tired (frayed bath towels, no robes, facecloths or handtowels) but overall fine. I would think however that Mr Hilton would decline to stay here and even be a little embarrassed - but if it was up to his standards it would cost a lot more I'm sure!

When I checked in my room has no set of towels and I had to request towels

We had to make an emergency booking when our flight was cancelled 3 hours before departure. They accommodated us and made us feel welcome, providing us with a great room at a great price for the night.

Really enjoyed my stay and felt safe

As compared to the price for the property the rooms were too small.

After completing my yoga teacher training on Nusa Lembongan this was the ideal place to stay for a night and prepare for the 22 hour journey home :)

Terrible isnt a strong enough word. This building is so old and poorly designed and maintained that it should be torn done. Dont be fooled by the Hilton name, this place is over priced and not worth it. Unless you want to be close the airport this hotel is to be strictly avoided. With so many excellent hotels in Bali this one is a stain on the Hilton brand.

The 1st room given had lock issues and could not open with access cards given. Another room should have been given immediately instead of going to and fro twice plus engineer taking a long time trying to fix it without success. Eventually I was given another room and in the middle of the night the lights couldn’t be switched on! I had to pack in the dark as I needed to be in airport at 6.30am. Service response was quick. Rooms need to be upgraded

Proximity to the airport makes Hilton Garden Inn an excellent choice if you have a layover. Hotel is well maintained with nice gardens and pool area. Staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful. Overall, good value.
