Basic budget hotel but in a good location. Walkable to beach, restaurants.

Lovely staff, always welcome you and help you with anything. Nice up to date rooms, close to the beach and restaurants. Rooftop was beautiful and breakfast was great

Great place, I loved the staff. It has an amazing rooftop pool with a great view. The staff are all fantastic, they made my stay amazing I kept coming back. I highly recommend, perfect for families and people just traveling. I highly recommend it

I can't say a bad thing about the place or the staff. It's the type of place you feel bad leaving. The rooftop pool at night is amazing and just a home vibe, I found most people I talked to had been going there for years and for a reason

We were family with 3 young children visiting Da Nang for 1st time. Booked this hotel as it has roof top pool and it is located closw to beach and shops.
Definetly recommend this place - and it deserves more than 4* marking

Great experience thanks to the wonderful staff! The restaurant crew (Anna, Snow, Van and crew) always put me in a great mood. Chilli, Daisy and the ladies at reception are extremely helpful with anything I could ask for. Definitely coming back

This place definitely deserves all the stars there are out there! From the moment we stepped out of the taxi to the moment we left, every single employee treated us with care and respect. The price is such a deal and all the amenities included makes it well worth it. Breakfast was delicious. Anna was so so sweet and always greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversations every morning when we seen her at breakfast. Lucy was awesome at assisting us with getting tickets to Ba Na Hills and also arranging a ride for us there and back, eliminating the stress on us. We highly recommend this place to everybody with no hesitation.

We stayed 3 nights. Somewhat different blackfast buffet is good. Especially noodle is really good for me. Not-bad placed hotel, so beach is near about 5mins by walk. There are marts near hotel, so easy to buy something. I think one speciall thing is free shuttle taxi service from hotel to airport(not airport to hotel). All staffs are really kind and helpful. Clean and no any worms are good room condition.
Bad thing is some smell from bath room, and noise on bad.

The rooftop pool and view were superb. The hours open were also great (early morning until 10 PM). I would recommend turning off flashing lights in pool at night, to make it more functional.
On my arrival, I was upgraded free of charge to a room with two windows, on an upper floor, with partial ocean view, which was really really nice. The economy room that I had chosen had no windows, although that is not evident when booking, as it has curtains despite no window. Breakfast is fantastically improved compared to 4 years ago when I last visited. Good variety of both Asian and western food, hot food, fresh cooked eggs.

Amazing staff! Couldn't help you more. Very comfortable rooms and great shower. Sleek inside hotel, not on outside. Didn't use the pool or breakfast but looked good. We stayed on 11th floor so no traffic noise. Couldn't fault the hotel!

Enjoyed my stay at Kingsfinger Good location and friendly staff Some confusion when checking out at house keeping claimed i had taken items from Fridge etc which I simply i never did, I did not pay for them nor should I as it was not my fault. But it did leave me feeling uncomfortable

Good location, unexpected feeling,good staff all reception and pool bar, especially a smile from all reception. My group travel with elderly and small children fell very comfortable and impressed,
