Easy check-in. Friendly staffs. Room is clean and big. Plenty of space inside. Restroom is nice and clean. Breakfast is very good. The only complain is the A/C unit outlet blowing at one of the bed. Otherwise, everything is great with this hotel. Most definitely will come back.

Clean new hotel. Nice and Quiet. Decent included breakfast. Only complaint were mattresses a little unsupportive and they have those pillows that kind of just flatten into nothing.

The hotel was nicely updated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and it was impressive how wheelchair accessible everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a nice standard American one. I lean more towards the European diversity for food, but for the US, it was very decent. Really enjoyed my stay.

As a Tesla owner, I really loved having superchargers in the parking lot! It doesn’t get any better than that!
As for the hotel, the property was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint, and it’s pretty minor, is that the breakfast buffet kept running out of food and it wasn’t refilled often enough.
I would consider staying there again if we’re ever back in the San Mateo area.

Overall the hotel is good however the bed and pillows were not suppotive of the head and neck as they were too soft. The shower had very low water pressure and often times wasn't warm enough to shower and relax in. The custer service is great however hot dining options do not cater to food allergies.
