Booked a king suite and was given a double. When went back to reception they told me they had overbooked and didn't have a room for us. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary, we saved for months to be able to do something nice and was totally made to feel like a second class guest. No apology, nothing. Upon further inspection of the room, it wasn't even properly clean, there was a dried stain on the outside of the toilet bowl, nut behind the sofa and gum stuck to the bed. The breakfast wasn't any better than your average motel, but the attendant was very friendly. It had a kitchen but no extractor and the windows wouldn't even open. The place smelt of food the whole time. The toilet door has been instaled to open inwards and you barely have space to close it. Finally the double bed... We just didnt sleep at all. Overall just a pretentions place.

No complaints. Staff was awesome. Checked for bedbugs, there were none. Property and rooms were cleaning. We had a double bed suite. The room was huge. Extremely pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed the space in our room and the bed was so comfortable. For all the choices we had, I’m glad we stayed here. Family environment, beach shuttle available for peak season and beach items were available for guest use. The only complaint I have is the breakfast was awful. Other than that, my husband and I enjoyed the comfort of our room.

We stayed at this hotel every year. This year, We drove in and arrived late so went to a restaurant first. Got a call from the hotel at 7:30 pm telling us our room was flooded and they were full. Therefore they had already cancelled my reservation (before they called me). There was not even a sorry and the staff’s tone was not apologetic at all, but rather cold. Very disappointing.

There are 2 things I didn’t like. The tv’s wasn’t a smart tv and the breakfast was lackluster

I love the beautiful building, the location was perfect. The furniture and doors are sturdy and comfy which is a plus! The staff were friendly and helpful. However the breakfast was lacking but convenient, the water pressure in the shower was kind of low, and the mattress on the pull out sofa seemed clean but looked soiled.

To start with, the room I booked online was switched to a smaller one upon arrival, which was incredibly uncomfortable and did not match the description or expectations set when I made the reservation. Adding insult to injury, the rooms were not cleaned daily. I had to request towels and toilet paper every single day—something I would expect to be standard without needing to ask. While it's true that the common areas were kept clean and tidy, the lack of attention to the cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. For a brand like Hilton, I expected much better service. The hassle of constantly having to ask for basic necessities like towels and toilet paper, combined with the uncomfortable, smaller room, made for a very disappointing stay. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon.

I made a reservation for two nights because I work night shift and I knew I was going to get to the hotel late and did not want to wait until 4:00p.m. to check in the next day. I drove 5 hours to get to the hotel and when I get there the front desk lady tells me that they cancelled my reservation because I showed up late even though it was already paid. We stayed here with 5 other couples for our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff wa very accommodating and friendly. We appreciate how they could hold our luggages as we came early and also after check out. I want to recognize Zoie for being so patient for such a large group was able to help every time we needed something. It was overall a great experience.
