We had a wonerday stay. But the 32$ cost to park in THEIR parking structure is ridiculous. We paid well for a room, but to be charged to park is is no no.

Expected more for a Marriott property. Shower had cracks in the floor and obvious that the room hasn't been updated in quite a time. You can see neglected areas.

There was no mention of any parking- which cost us $32 per day and we drive in multiple times and couldn’t find a spot. We had to drive around til one opened. The elevator is broken and showing it’s been that way for over a month.

This is NOT a place for someone with a handicap. The toilet was to low.There was no close parking and only 1 elevator worked.I was led to believe here was a roof top resturant and there was not. I will not stay here again.

Overall ok, but wouldn’t stay again. Only 1 lift was working, so waiting for the lift took a long time. You can’t get your bags to & from the underground parking, have to use the stairs. Parking is charged at $32 usd a night!! They should discount this at least, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Our room was right on the train tracks, it wasn’t too bad but would recommend another room if you’re a light sleeper. We had 2 beds and one had stains/marks on the top blanket. Bathroom was average.. pretty old school and rooms need a good modern renovation. Will be interesting to see how long it takes them to repair the lift!! Stayed in many other Marriotts and this one is not great at all.

Great place

The property was very nice and very well up-kept and beautiful. The staff at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. One of the two elevators was broken the whole time we were there causing huge delays and backups. Other than that and the parking being $32 a day to park on the hotel property the hotel is beautiful and very nice.

Property was nice. The room i was given was for a handicap. I am not sure why.

Liked the property and price. Only complaint is the elevator situation on the week we went was bad. Only 1 elevator was working which was not enough for 149 guest rooms.

It is walking distance to the pier to shops to restaurants. Only bad thing was 1 elevator that was working

Beds were comfortable. Place was clean. The breakfast was better than most similar hotels. A band played on the patio which was outside our balcony every night until 9 pm. And they went to 9;30 at least one night. One of the two elevators broke on Thursday when we got there. They left it broke and gave the excuse they were waiting for a part all weekend. The stairs were confusing to find, and only one went down to the garage level. The stairs opened inside at the ground level, and you had to find your way to the lobby to get out, which I don’t know how that meets code. The shower glass doors leaked water onto the floor. I told maintenance and the guy told me he knew about it but it couldn’t be fixed.

Loved the live music on the rooftop. Gave an average rating on the property since only one elevator was in service during our visit.

They tried to accommodate as much as possible but 1 elevator was down the whole time on my stay and still not fixed when I checked out parking garage was basement had to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to lobby then wait for an elevator in a 5 story building disappointed about the wait time my whole trip

Felt put off at check in when person checking me in was paying more attention to another patron and trying rent beach gear to other patron and halfway checking me in. I was being helped and then not being helped. She then said to her colleague “can you finish this “ regarding my check in like it was an inconvenience. I didn’t say anything, just not a welcoming check in to a hotel where rates are fairly high. Room was lovely but I had requested housekeeping services because of our length of stay. On day 3, we needed to ask the front desk for service. Again, I can make a bed and hang our towels but as this was a longer stay for a special occasion and I had requested the service at check in, I was put aback at the lack of follow through. So, it is a nice hotel but needs some fine tuning. It is less expensive than the two right across the street but if I were to go back to Oceanside, I’d try those instead.
