Noice in the morning, the staff is speaking loud outside your room. We got sick during our stay and asked for a late check out due to this and they did not have any understandable here. Also not a great location, except that you have the beach close.

The feature photo is misleading, if you think there is a rooftop pool overlooking the bay. Rooftop is nice for an evening sunset drink otherwise too hot and not enough shade. Food was bland, the cafe right next door was nicer. The rooms let in too much noise and the decor is very dated. Overall much tireder than the pix indicate. Pool deck is crowded. Overall ok for airport proximity and Jimbaran seafood beach sunset meals

This property is looking very tired, 24 sunbeds 116 guest rooms, constant fight for sunbeds.
The room certainly needs a makeover, we were at the back of the hotel, overlooking a brick wall and dirty alleyway, which was used through the night and the last night some idiot was setting off fireworks l.
Bed in the room was VERY firm and the pillow was hard and lumpy, I’m going home with a bad back

Big breakfast buffet, nice pool on ground floor (old pictures show pool on rooftop which was what i was expecting) and overall experience good. Would be great if there was beach access with chairs with the hotel but beach is public and there is a beach club right in front.

The staff at the resort were absolutely lovely and did everything they could to make our short stay pleasant and easy. They also made a beautiful towel art display and card for my husbands birthday which was very sweet. Very handy as it’s close to the airport.

We stayed for 2 nights as my sons graduation was being held here. Our room was excellent and very quite considering we were above and opposite the swim up bar and pool area. The outside bath was awesome. The room was nice and big shower had great pressure and the bed was really comfortable. So many young staff here who were incredible they really looked after you and helped at every occassion. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and a good selection. The hotel is also really close to the airport and great views from the lounge on the roof.

We were just staying for 2 nights on the way to raja ampat and it was perfect. Food good, pool lovely, staff great and plenty of seafood restaurants on the beach. Not recommended if you want a partying time but we loved it.

We were only staying 2 nights as we were travelling further and the hotel is close to the airport with great dining around. Pool was nice and the food in the hotel was excellent too. Highly recommend unless you want crowds of people.

The hotel room did not look like the pictures at all. It was much smaller, dirty, smelled, and had a horrible view of the back of a small, unkept temple.
I tried asking for an upgrade, knowing I’d have to pay for the different in room price, and the front desk only offered the most expensive family suite which was 5x the cost of the room I booked. I ended up just staying for one night and then booking a different hotel for the rest of my stay, knowing I wouldn’t get a refund. When I went to checkout early, the front desk said I won’t be getting a refund since I stayed for one night already, but could’ve if I never stayed that one night…. Very dishonest of her to not have mentioned that when I initially reached out about how dissatisfied I was. I had even mentioned I’d be looking for a different hotel room. This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
