The bathroom was very dirty, hair on the floor and the bathtub. Restaurant was closed and bar was closed so had to leave for food

the location

it was dirty, my bed was not clean, it smelled like cigarettes and was musty.

Ac not cold enough to didn’t work had to move to another room then same thing with ac and phone didn’t work

No hot water first night

Price isn't bad. Has indoor pool. Breakfast was good.

No smoking room had a strong oder of smoke. Toilet paper only had a couple of raps left in the roll, and the kleenex was nearly empty as well.

Breakfast was at a small restaurant attached to the hotel. The hotel only offers complimentary breakfast to two people per room; extra per person was $5 which isn’t too bad for the food. Staff was very kind! Huge fridge/freezer for food. TV wasn’t working so the front desk guy, Eddie brought us a new one right away.

Hotel is no smoking, but everywhere smells like stale cigarette smoke. Very old facilities. Dirty towels, had to ask for a lot to get a few that didn’t have large stains. Cockroach in our room and in downstairs hallways. Pool inside was open, pool outside was still shutdown .

The hallway smelled of smoke and the room had a lesser but still unpleasent smell. The whole building was apparently not properly cleaned, that included our room. Would not stay there again.

easy access

The doors were constantly propped open and I didn’t feel safe. The ice machine didn’t work and had to drive to get ice. The desk chair was broke and I couldn’t raise it to use. Breakfast wasn’t offered until the second day when I noticed the sign at the desk. I reserved the room for 2 nights and had to get a new card the second day because the card wouldn’t work. The lady that checked me in couldn’t get the computer to work right with the cash I gave her to finish paying for the room so I had to trust that I wouldn’t be charged the remaining amount.

Location was good, staff was very nice, the pool and hot tub were excellent!

The toilets flushed rather hard and noisy. The A/C also made some rumbling noise intermittently...sounded like a bearing or the compressor unit.

There was a mildest smell that was very strong, but I know it has to do with the swimming area. It so strong that I couldn’t stand it. other than that we really enjoyed our stay. It’s not our first time staying there and the staff is always so polite.

Nothing I cancelled the room due to on property drug use and sales I am still trying to get a refund from booking .com the hotel looked nothing like the pictures was not safe we had no choice but to find another room
