Very good location, the size of the apartment was adequate for a family of 5. The condition and specification was great. Transport links were fantastic Metro and Train stations were very close.

No information about the check in but reception was len to help. Very nice staff handling is and even recommended guys places for us to eat around there

Ideally located close to Atocha rail station and walking distance to museums, art galleries and Retiro park. With a family, it was great to have a small kitchen and washing machine. The staff were lovely and we would definitely stay here again. Great little cafe just round the corner for delicious breakfast.

The apartment itself was fine, it has everything we need. We are at the 2nd floor and it’s soooo noisy, we hear everything from outside.

Everything was great. It’s close to many attractions.the kitchen was well equipped.
Only problem was the very loud constant traffic .

Excellent staff. Especially Andrea. No tissues in room or kettle. Towels were very old, stained and had holes in them. Pool was lovely and great breakfast

This is a great place to stay in Madrid. Beds were comfortable and the suite had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Safe and quite. Supermarket just around the corner, very close by the Atocha station. Room is neat, spacious and clean. Pool is nice and staffs are friendly.

Great apartment for my family of 5. Location is a short walk to the metro and to major attractions. Also close to supermarket and local restaurants. Only complaint was the apartment was a bit warm and we couldn’t figure out the air conditioning (we also didn’t ask). I would stay her again if visiting Madrid.

The stay was great, we booked a two bedroom and I missed that it had a garage, we did not have a car so we did not need the garage but if you do its great! The room was large with good AC and comfortable, we had 6 of us with 2 in each bed. The sofa bed was actually pretty comfortable, it is separated by thin wall from the one bedroom but we perfect for our family.
