Very indifferent staff. Everything overpriced. Hotel charged Rs 1100 for Airport drop which is just 2 minutes drive. No one helped with the luggage while checking out. The driver dropped at the wrong terminal and I had to walk a lot with the luggage. Overall hotel is not in good condition

Cons: I was charged an extra night so have to wait until my credit card statement comes in to dispute it. I was left waiting in the restaurant over 1 hour for food one evening.

We booked a 3-night stay at Novotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that they did not receive our booking, even though the payment was already credited. All rooms were sold out, so we couldn't check in. They transferred us to another hotel and agreed to help us cancel the booking and get a refund.
In the meantime, I contacted Novotel and Hotels.com, but they are still blaming each other, and I have not yet received a refund. I hope Hotels.com will take this incident seriously. Please assist in securing my refund.

We booked a 3-night stay at Novotel. When we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that they did not receive our booking, even though the payment was already credited. All rooms were sold out, so we couldn't check in. They transferred us to another hotel and agreed to help us cancel the booking and get a refund.

I don't like rooms window because there is no window to come fresh air. Please keep window for room to stop breathing problem. In bathroom there is no ventilation. Bathrooms has no proper way to go water out .

What I got is a room with 2 twin beds,no coach

I love this property this is my 3rd time but first time with my family. Excellent experience, lovely foods, staff behavior was excellent.

Stay is comfortable, rooms are well maintained.
Food served in rooms is cold, takes 45 minutes to one hour for delivery and is not worthy of such reputed hotel. After trying 3 meals at the hotel I had to start ordering outside food. Hope the hotel improves their room service food quality/ taste.

The room for the first night was terrible. It had issues like flush tank not working, coffee cups in the room were dirty, big stain on the carpet,

Staff seemed very rude. We had booked 4 rooms and had paid extra to extend one of the rooms for late checkout and still they locked one of guests out. It was utterly unprofessional. Our guests had to call us to get the matter sorted. We called the hotel to get this fixed and they did but they still had the audacity to tell our guests that they should check out on time. Ridiculous. I paid 40k to stay at this useless hotel. The only reason I booked this was because it was close to the airport and I had an early morning flight.

1. Telephone lines don’t work. I tried for an hour to reach out to the front office and the kitchen. Later I called the hotel board line to place my order

3. TV not working- called the technician who came after an hour and did some jugglery with the set top box.

5. In the morning no towels left in the bathroom had to call and wait for 30 before they could send it
