Wonderful stay, easy access to so much of Madrid, subway is steps away. Friendly staff, very comfortable room, and friendly staff (yes, I meant to repeat that)

Fantastic hotel in the best place where you could stay at in Madrid! Very elegant, friendly, beautiful, clean!! It’s where you want to stay at really it was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Hotels location is really good, metro station is just infront it, room (deluxe) was fine but they gave us from end of the building. They dont think about that its your first time being in Madrid so we would give them good room etc. Rooms are silent, hotels generally silent even if its very busy. Personels generally smiling and helpful , About cleaning especially at the breakfast, when personels cleaning the tables they are swepping out all things onto the ground and people have to step all foods crumbs, it really uncomfortable condition.

It was quick, the room was modern and spacious with a nice city view of the square. Central to restaurants and shopping. Perfect hotel for a quick trip. Metro was about a one minute walk. Uber to the airport about 25 minutes cost 23-33 US.

Staff was excellent and the restaurant/bard was very good. Only complaint would be the airport transfer. They (or this website) reports them having an airport transfer. There is not shuttle or transfer. It consists of them calling a taxi for 33 euro trip.

It does not merit 5 stars. It’s really a four star hotel. For example: I asked for a knife in my room. They asked me for a 5 EUR fee. Really?

I love the service from beginning to end top notch service from the reception to your room they make you feel so welcomed so warm the room and bed are really comfortable after a long fly was all needed it if in madrid this hotel is a must very close to everything with bsst atmosphere..thank you barcelo
