Wonderful property and very accessible to area attractions. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Great air conditioning for a summer vacation in Rome. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Full amenities expected of an American hotel.

We had a fantastic stay. We cannot praise the quality of our breakfast experience high enough.
Marcello, Nana and all the Team were so friendly, welcoming and professional.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Lovely staff. It’s not the quietest, partly because of the location and some noise travels between rooms too. There was a rooftop bar but we couldn’t get a table to sit up there despite being guests. I would recommend staying here though. The building is stunning and staff were wonderful.

The property is in a wonderful location, walkable & convenient to most places you wish to visit in Rome
Check in was friendly & professional
The room was a decent size for a major city hotel, spotlessly clean & great quality bed linens, the room was a little dark & looked out to the back wall of other properties but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time anyway
Great quality toiletries & other amenities in the bathroom
We had drinks at the roof top bar several times which had the most amazing view
We had a great stay & would return

This property is in the perfect location. The staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful.
The food was amazing. I had the opportunity to dine in the Michelin star restaurant, fantastic service… what an amazing experience!

Staffs were amazing. Super kind and helpful.
Location is great. A lot of restaurants around it. Easy to get taxis. Room was clean and well appointed. But a little noisy from the hallway. Bathroom smells a little bit. But overall nice stay.

We had the pleasure to stay at the Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel during Thanksgiving Week. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, rooftop bar and restaurant were always friendly and attentive. Service was swift and gracious. The property and guest room were clean and very well appointed. In spite of being a stone's throw away from the Pantheon, the room was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop. The selection, quality and freshness of the food was wonderful. But the view...was spectacular. An oasis. We highly recommend staying at The Pantheon Iconic Hotel.

Very small rooms, house keeping not the best , everyday we didn’t have towels , safe didn’t work.
Good breakfast however service is not as good.

Area is great. Room facilities are super modern but not working properly.
Lighting system is a real challenge to understand and sockets for Charger are not working properly.
For the cost per night you would expect much better.

Loved this hotel. Location is as good as it gets. A block off from the pantheon but feels tucked away and quiet. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and they sent up prosecco, a gorgeous dessert and a very sweet note. The hotel and staff is truly 5 star. Worth every penny. Will be staying here again next time in Rome.

Great location in close proximity to the tourist centre. Room was an excellent size, but unfortunately had an unpleasant stagnant water smell in the bathroom for the duration of our stay. Windows were to a back of house/internal service space so no view which was unfortunate given the cost of the room.
