Asked for 1st floor, none available. Bad heart, bad knees. Room was dark, even with all the lights on. Bathroom sink drain slow. Shower had three black hairs stuck to the wall.
Heater worked great ! Room service was good and prompted !

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. Sierra Inn looked like cottages and was very cute! I would stay there again if in town.

I actually did not stay in this motel, I checked in and went to my room and checked the bed and saw several large urine stains on the mattress pad and then stepped on a cockroach. The staff was rude and insulted by me saying something, the young boy at the counter told me he would give me a refund, but only gave me a partial refund Keeping about $95 of the total amount I called to see why they had kept some of the money considering I did not stay and the lady on the phone was insulted once again and told me that she would be keeping the money. I have currently put in a request to my credit card company to receive that money back. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to stay at a motel.

Staff is very friendly and they are very accommodating!!! Rooms are big. It doesn’t make you feel claustrophobic.

Stayed for 4 days wanted something close by whiskey row that was affordable.

Cute they still use keys
Cons: for the normal double second bed can't see the TV you have to peek around a wall veey bad placement.
The "breakfast bags" its a nice thought ours included apple, cuttie, granola bar, nutri grain bar, and cranraisins. Im not a 90 year old or hiking.
The coffee they supply in the room is so nasty just pass
The pillows bring your own they basically aren't pillows bed is just as bad (hard)

Very friendly staff. Got upgraded and room was amazing. Clean and spacious. Lady at front desk, didnt get her name, but she was amazing. Will stay again if in the area.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The TV kept freezing up, but the office sent someone up to fix it. The Office was very accommodating and I would stay at this facility again!

Very pleasantly surprised by the welcoming atmosphere on arrival and the room cleanliness and amenities which I didn't expect at the room rate....I have not been so lucky in the past with my economy choices. Everything was just right for my solo stay.
