This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This was a nice hotel. Our heater wasn’t working and they responded fairly quickly to try to repair it. The room could have been cleaner and better put together for the price. We appreciated the free coffee/tea/soup in the common area. We found breakfast very overpriced at EUR 20 pp and skipped it (and enjoyed local cafes in the area for much much less each morning).

The hotel is located direcly at the train station, which is immensely practical in Maastricht; you can visit the town on foot. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was good value for money, and the bedding was clean. The bathroom could need some repairs but was clean. Unfortunatly there was very little closet space (a couple hangers and a drawer), very bad lighting (especially in the bathroom) and one one big blanket, which, for me personally is a big no-go.

Hotel with secure parking. Free tea and coffee in the breakfast room. Very small lift and rooms on the smaller side. Seems very crammed in. But would go back.

Walkable from railway station and lovely friendly welcome from staff. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the tea and coffee facility in the lounge. There was a really nice friendly atmosphere with guests and hotel colleagues. Easy walk to shops and restaurants

The only thing I didn't like, was that i was worried what would happen if fire broke out. The narrow hallways: it was not obvious where to go when catastrophy stroke.

It was an excellent hotel, with a genuine home-from-home feel. My daughters and I stayed for a week and loved the staff, professionalism, friendliness and the little extras that make this hotel so special e.g. complimentary soup of the day.

The hotel does NOT have a gym, despite advertised. There’s drawings/graffiti on the elevator that appears won’t be taken care of, the pillow and bed are incredibly uncomfortable. It feels more like a hostel with the layout and offering. I would not go back.

Photos looked nice...the reality was bare, basic and certainly not well looked after poor check-in, unclear policy about the pricing. Terrible cleaning, two days no cleaning done....even cups in our room left dirty, no coffee added to the room, we were presented with a cheap bottle of wine to compensate..I asked for coffee not wine! When cleaning was "done" you could see it was not at all done properly. In the building on the stairs and common areas poorly maintained and not clean as was also the case for the common toilets and the room WC (black at the bottom) Room was big but overall poorly maintained and windows nothing special...could hear ALL noises from the street very poor hotel, very superficial and frankly would not recommend it to anyone...NEVER EVER AGAIN
