Great stay! We were here for an overnight stay for a concert at St Martin of the Fields which is steps away from the hotel. The location couldn’t have been more convenient. Perfect! Hotel was very nice. Clean, modern and beautiful rooms…a bit small but it’s London. A bit pricey, with all the taxes and fees but not unusual so we went for the most convenient. Location is right on Trafalgar Square and steps to the National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery. Also short walk to Piccadilly Street.

Weekend in London with my daughter to see the Van Gogh exhibition and a visit to the theatre for David Tennant in Macbeth. Both amazing.

Perfectly located for theatres, Covent Garden and access to the tube.
Beautiful classic modern elegance - very new feel.
Good double glazing and quiet for London - you are right on Trafalgar Square so will experience muffled sirens and loud exhausts.
Staff were very friendly and food in the new kitty hawk roof top restaurant was exceptional.

This was our first time staying at this hotel as we love coming to London and really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a great location and the hotel was really modern yet had lovely traditional touches. Downstairs is a great little coffee shop, where you can enjoy breakfast or a sandwich later in the day. The room was tastefully decorated with a great shower room with a shower enclosure which did not leak and was comfortable to use. The bathroom also supplied lots of extra’s in case you forgot something. Very comfortable bed with a feather duvet and sound proofing which all made a great nights sleep!!

The location is great right next to the St Martin in the Field overlooking Trafalgar Square.
My room was tiny but clean and had a comfortable bed, yet something was awkward...the tiny shower booth, no fan/vent in the dimly lit bathroom, the slow operating system on the TV reminds me of 90s PC loading when turned on...
I'd say this is a decent 3-star hotel suitable for self-sufficient travelers who don't require a whole lot of services

This hotel is centrally located to many of the major tourist attractions and theatres. The rooms are well-appointed and have very nice storage to make excellent use of the space. A very enjoyable stay!

So the very first of many pluses of this hotel is the location!! Amazing location!! Close to everything. Also right next to Charing cross station. Despite the VERY central location, the street under the hotel is not crowded and the soundproofing is very good. We could pop in during the day to leave shopping bags etc without thinking twice if it’s too far. Really could not be better.
We booked the junior suite for 3 adults. It was quite spacious for central London. One big space with a double bed + a single bed and a little sofa to sit. And another small space with a desk, a closet and a minibar and place for a suitcase. The minibar is free for water and soft drinks, and is refilled daily. Also some small snacks free and with a refill. The closet does not have many shelves, does have about 10 hangers. It had bath robes and slippers for all 3.
Beds and pillows were comfortable for all 3 of us. No issues with the air conditioner- worked fine.
The bathroom was also comfortable. Enough space around the sink to place all the makeup etc, and comfortable and spacious shower with door closing all the was and no water leaking out (like often happens).
We had an early morning flight, left the hotel at 4am and they just had fresh pastries out of the oven and we could buy coffee as well. Did not have breakfast, so can’t say it its good.
Will definitely come again and recommend it!

Pretty basic hotel. Upgrading to a larger room and getting what I got was not worth the extra money. The homeless individuals that crowd out in front of the building for food was not pleasant, but the location was great. Nothing, amenity wise, is worth noting. The lobby is a coffee shop, so if you drink coffee, maybe that’s a perk. The staff was accommodating. The bed was rock hard and not, in any way, a place to get comfortable rest. After walking the city over multiple days, the last thing you want is to be sore from sleeping. It wasn’t a horrible experience, I just expected better for the money spent.

Pros: great location, very nice staff, new amenities

Our room door was fault on one night and the property manager did their best to solve the issue in late evening and called the service team asap the morning after

A 2 night, weekend stay. A great location directly opposite the National Portrait Gallery. Incredibly easy to get anywhere, either by foot, bus or tube. Staff were enthusiastic, telling us that the new bar was opening (it wasn’t as it turned out). The room was clean and quiet although smaller than photos showed. Firm mattress and soft pillows ensured good sleep. The room was overlooked, so having the blinds up ensures that the pub kitchen opposite has an unrestricted view into the room, so beware. The tea and coffee in the room was poor quality and meagre in amount. It seemed cheap by other hotels standards. Shower adequate. We had breakfast in the cafe to use the 20% off voucher. The coffee was bitter, the tea undrinkable and the food basically inedible. We would recommend having breakfast at the National Portrait Gallery Audrey Green cafe opposite. Same price, and considerably better quality. The best thing about this hotel is its location. There are definite signs of budget restrictions making it appear a bit cheap. Staffing is friendly, avoid the cafe.

Immediately upon arrival, we were received by the warmest welcome. The staff continued this level of service for our entire stay.
We had traveled 10 hours overnight and had expected to drop our bags until we were able to checkin but they graciously checked us in, as the room was ready.
The room was super clean and timelessly decorated and insanely quiet, especially considering we were facing a city center.
The location was another highlight!
Next to the National Art Muesum, Confederation center, food and shopping, all a minutes walk.
The treats in the cafe were so delicious.
Our only regret is we didnt stay longer!

I’d give it a 10/10. I stayed for two separate stays (5 nights & 2 nights) and both times were great. The location was perfect - very walkable and lots of options for lunch and dinner. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Tons of storage space and super clean rooms. Hotel was modern but cozy. Highly recommend for all travelers!

This hotel is the perfect location for visiting London. A three minute walk from Leicester Square tube station, 5 minutes from the Square, 2 minutes to Trafalgar Square, 10 minutes to Piccadilly Circus, three minutes to Embankment, easy access to the Theatre District and right across the road from the National Gallery and the National Portrait Gallery. The room was great and mostly quiet, except for the occasional police siren (I think the police station is right down the street). Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food options are plentiful in the area, starting in the lobby with a coffee bar and a Pret a Mange on the corner. All told, you'll be hard pressed to find a better location or a better place to stay!!!
