Room run down, towel looks miserable like floor mats and carpark was not save as it shared with mall but the greeting at reception upon check-in & out was good

The hotel was good for us as we wanted to walk a lot but for others it may be a bit away from the city. However, we liked it and it had all we needed a pool for the eveing relaxing after walking a lot and a gym. Room was big and clean.

Once check in, vanity mirror lights flickers, like in a ghost movie. When adjusting the air con, power trip, whole room blackout.
Car park at Level 5, check in at Level 12, room at level 20. Is it convenient? You decide.

Dutch square and Jonker Street approx a 2km walk and worth visiting.
A nice pool with a great view. A restaurant is also on this level. Fabulous view from the Altitute Bar at night on Level 44.

Too bad that the ships are not rented out therefore no shopping area.
Carpark are allocated at 5th floor and above, those driving got to park at the carpark and take the lift to level 12 and take another lift to your hotel room.
Nevertheless nice stay at the hotel.

Check in was smooth. Breakfast was awesome. Wes stayed high floor at 22nd so the view Overall the stay was nice and we‘re sure will choose this hotel again next time.

I’ll always come back to this place whenever I visit Malacca. The staff are attentive, service is top notch and the entire place is very clean.

Installations are new, staff is great, however next door mall is closed so all sightseeing is far away by taxi only, (I only booked here because on the online booking displays an elements mall) my low rating is due a terrible smell of sewage on the lower ground floor as I waited long timing for taxis I had to swallow this terrible smell of sewage.
