The staff were extremely rude, the room had rubbish in the bathroom like it hadn’t been cleaned, the door handed was broken like the lock mechanism was moving side to side and would take a few times for the key to work. There was mould in the bathroom shower, and the water would take an extremely long time to heat up.
I use the gym daily and when I asked for a towel they said to use my bath towel which I found quite gross. AND THERE WAS BUGS IN THE BED!!! Photos of bugs in bed when we pulled the sheets back!

The staff is very accommodating, just ask! The guys and security were very nice. Thank you for shading my daughter and wife from the hot sun while they got in the car. If you want toilet paper, just ask. Y’all taking how many dumps a day? The dining staff was always a pleasure during breakfast. Anything my family asked for came with quickness.
The facility itself could use a facelift from the outside to the rooms. A little outdated. One of the sockets in the room was busted open. The drain the shower didn’t properly drain. It would over flow and go outside the shower to another drain under the sink that also had the same problems. Wear the flip-flops that’s in the closet. We requested a baby cot and that was scary. It was held with a screw that’s barely in the wood. The whole thing was pretty banged up and the whole bed fell through. The baby ended up sleeping with us. King size bed was clutched . The dining tables could used a good wipe down with some soap. I wiped it with some antibacterial wipe and that was hella brown and orange.The lobby is fairly warm but who stays there. If you can get the ocean view, I highly suggest it. Sunsets are amazing and watching the crowd at the early and evening hours gather is a pretty dope scene.
The location is pretty close to some food, bars, coffee shops, and of course the BEACH is across the street!

Stayed here for 4 days. Family of four. Room had a decent amount of space and amenities were nice. Nice pool with a great view, spa, restaurant, etc. Staff was very kind and helpful. Enjoyed that we actually had a balcony to watch the sunrise and sunset of the beach across the street. Would stay again

Avoid this hotel. When we arrived they only provide one room key. They will not give you a second key. The bath robes were not clean. They stunk like body odor. We requested they change or clean the bathrobes repeatedly for 3 days and they refused to clean or change. The worst part was on the first morning we were there I ate the breakfast buffet in the hotel and spent the next 24 hours in my room throwing up and in horrible pain from the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had. Upon checking out they hustled us for another full day room charge because check out time was noon and we were at the counter at 12:30. I have never complained or even left a comment in the past and I stay at hotels atleast 100 days out of every year. This hotel needs a complete management change. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. The location is good and Da Nang is gorgeous, there are many neighboring hotels next to this one. Stay at those hotels. Avoid this hotel. It is terrible.

My second visit to this hotel. The location is very convenient and on the beachfront.Lots of food options nearby and several sports bars. The staff are very helpful and it is an excellent choice of hotel

The staff were incredibly helpful, they could not have been more helpful and generous in providing many additional food options for our dietary requirements and allergies. They even left us a surprise birthday cake!! Thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel, thankyou we will definitely be revisiting! xx

The staff were incredibly helpful, they could not have been more helpful and generous in providing many additional food options for our dietary requirements and allergies. They even left us a surprise birthday cake!! Thoroughly recommend this fantastic hotel, thankyou we will definitely be revisiting! xx

EVERYTHING about this place rocks! We had an ocean front room and highly recommend that. The view is so unbelievable.

This hotel was a disaster! Old rooms, staff with limited english skills and low service level. The pool was useless as it was facing the beach which is very windy. I left the hotel after 3 days (had booked 6)
