Amazing visit. The hotel is new, clean and modern. Perfect place to stay for Amsterdam, opposite Spaklerweg station with frequent trains into centre. Recommended

We stayed here for 4-5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The price for breakfast was a bit steep. Room was nice and quiet. Easy to catch subway to downtown, like a 10-15 minute ride. Glad to come back and rest quietly. Would stay here again. not alot of restaurants around the hotel. McDonalds was your only option. Hotel has a high priced Italian to the top of the hotel otherwise it was mostly bar food.

It is self check in there but there is usually some people around to help. We had a mates twin room which was good but the shower is clear glass and opaque divider so bare that in mind depending on who you are sharing a room with.
Breakfast is continental only with a good spread of meats, yoghurts and pastries.

Ruby Emma is a modern hotel, all works with a touch on a iPad in the room. Night lights works with sensors so, if you like pitch black night to sleep but want to find your way in the room, a night light will turn itself on as soon as you stand up (very clever touch). The room we stayed was sound proof... I would stay there again!

The room wasn’t cleaned properly and the floor wasn’t vacuumed for the entire week of our stay. Kind of disappointed

When booking the hotel, it was important for me that breakfasts were included (so as not to waste time searching for a morning meal). When booking, it was indicated that they were included, but then I had to pay extra. I also indicated payment upon arrival, but the money was withdrawn in advance without notifying about it, linking a card is a mandatory condition when booking.

Great room with good facilities. Didn’t do breakfast in hotel - way too expensive- but found this great cafe 150m away next to the Amstel. Fantastic food and service.

The employee of the night was really rude and ask me to pay taxes and don't let me go in my room during more that one hour.. it's was a very unacceptable situation, because the taxes was already paid and it was 1 am and my son was of 5 years was alone in the room

The staff were absolutely our favorite part. They were so kind and accommodating to us and gave us lots of recommendations. Pizza is fantastic and the rooms are really nice and modern. Def will stay here again

Hotel was very chic and comfortable.
It was a little outside the city centre but close to public transport services.
Staff were friendly and offered free cocktails in exchange to less room service for those choosing this option.
Hotel had great amenities, soaps etc to use.
