Staying at Susan’s Villa was the perfect choice! Alice and Jacky were incredibly welcoming and kind.
The property was spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable. The room had a kettle, a small fridge, and complimentary toiletries, along with coffee, tea, and water provided as a courtesy.
The breakfast they prepared was abundant and delicious.
The place is very nice and quiet and the location is excellent—you can walk everywhere, and if you have the WeGo pass, the stop is just four blocks away.
We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in Niagara.

Jacky and Susan were the perfect hosts. We had a great stay at their B&B - the breakfast was different all 3 mornings we stayed and was wonderful. Very clean, close to walk to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

A really nice place with everything you need including breakfast. Yes, the breakfasts were a bit different than what we would normally have, but they were prepared with care and attention. Alice and Jackie were great hosts and so incredibly attentive. For us, the B&B was easy walking distance to everything. A great value and would stay again.

The B&B was very quiet and clean. The operators were extremely nice and friendly. The location is reasonable walking distance to many of the activities related to Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. Price was reasonable and parking included.

Susan’s Villa B&B was fantastic!! Such a quaint and quiet place! The hosts were amazing! If you are traveling to see Niagara Falls I would highly recommend this place!! Breakfast every morning was delicious !! We walked to Falls every day!

Starting with their attention to detail. Making you feel comfortable and attentive to your needs. The host were warm, friendly and very professional. The cleanliness of the room was above and beyond. I love that it was a shoeless house and slippers were provided. The breakfast was sooo good!

They prepared a delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. They supplied everything that we would possibly need for our stay, including snacks in the common living room area. I will definitely return here when we visit Niagara Falls again.

House is only a 10 minute walk from the falls which was great (and an even shorter walk to the Hard Rock Casino, if that's an important consideration). The inn was on a quiet street, blocked at one end from Falls traffic. Parking spaces were off the road on the driveway. Owners were very nice and attentive to our needs. We had a 1st floor room with both an inside and outside entrance that was very convenient. Breakfast was adequate, but could use some custom dress-ups and touches seen at other B&B's. Recommendation: The bedroom could use a ceiling fan.

There was a lot of closet and drawer space, a fantastic bathroom and shower/tub, and we were happy that it was self-check-in with keyless entry, so we didn't have keys to lose as we toured around. One of the best parts was the close proximity to all the Niagara Falls sites; we were able to walk to a lot of the local things, and if you figure out the WeGo bus system you can just leave your car at the villa and almost never pay for parking. We are definitely sad at home today without Alice and Jacky's wonderful breakfasts!

This is a wonderful B&B. Our unit consisted of a large living room with a large closet, bedroom, and the bathroom. Exceptionally clean! Breakfast was delicious. We stayed three nights and it was nice to have so much room to spread out in. It is just a few blocks from the main areas. If I found anything that was lacking was the streaing service on the TV. We are "news junkies" and we couldn't find a news station that was a complete show - not just a news clip from the streaming service. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.
