This is our 2nd stay. Aside from the commendable Executive Floor staff, Ha the hostess at 3 level breakfast area is most friendly and cheerful. Hoa (or Hao?) the lobby security/doorman is most helpful and attentive. 5 stars for a wonderful hospitality team at Pullman Saigon Centre. One thing still baffles me is the shower temperature control. It moves to the very hot end and wouldn’t stay to where it was set. This happened in both rooms.

Doorman, Front Desk, F&B staff were most welcoming and helpful. The Executive Floor Staff were very hospitable, warm and friendly. Always smiling and go above and beyond to help. Namely: Duy, Anh and Linh. The cocktail hour spread is lovely - especially roast beef! Breakfast at 3rd floor dining room has an awesome spread of items! Laundry pick with was less than 5 mins and returned promptly. Cold water issue fixed quickly and quietly before we returned to our room. Excellent stay and we look forward to returning soon!

Staff were great and went above and beyond. Hotel tired and needs freshening up. Rooftop bar area soul less and underused. Didn’t use pool or spa facilities which looked ok. Breakfast good. Menu in lounge bar basic could be better. Location was good.

This hotel is by far the best hotel that I have stayed at in Vietnam over the last 3 years. Excellent customer service, great front desk presence and most of all, helpful staff members.

Loved the location of the hotel, walking distance to dining haunts, easy access to various localities by Grab. Great breakfast spread and friendly and professional staff. Will come back and stay. Great amenities as expected.

Stayed 4 night in March 2024. Would have given 2 stars…read below why 3 stars and no more than that. The welcome was basic - not friendly not rude just “blah”. Rooms are very poorly designed. 1. Bathrooms have no door to enter the bathroom. So someone could be taking a shower and if you are near the entrance (closet area) you see them completely! 2. The mirror for makeup /shaving has lights…which don’t work. 3. There is no fan to remove the steam so the shower area has a mold smell. It is a breeding ground for mold. 4. The shower door opens out. So impossible to put the towel mat so when exiting the shower, you either side step to the side of the shower or walk on the tiles and risk slipping. 5. The actual shower taps are all fancy…and challenging to figure out how to increase hot water /cold water. The room lighting is ridiculous. So many switches to turn this light on, that light off. One side of the bed controls all the lights. The other side of the bed has 1 switch that sometimes switches lights on and then off. And if someone is in the bathroom area, and they switch on the light, the light shines through a tall obscured glass that separates the bed and bathroom. So if you’re sleeping and the other person goes to the bathroom and switches on the bathroom light, you are going to wake up. Ridiculous design. Swimming pool is jut ok. Not enough seats. No towels and so had to ask. This is a 5 star property so shouldn’t have to tell staff to stock up. Breakfast was good.
