Coffee machine (Nespresso capsules), kettle, fridge, oven and dishwasher are available. Living area with a sofa bed, a TV and a large wardrobe. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large closet and balcony access. From the two narrow balconies, my room has a beautiful view of the green garden. From the kitchen and living area you also have access to a balcony. Bathroom with bathtub, lavabo, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Wifi available.

The location is very central, right on the picturesque piazza of Ascona with many cosy restaurants, bars and shops. 

Guests of the apartment may have breakfast at Hotel Mulino, a 450 meter (Via delle Scuole 17, 6612 Ascona) on request for 25.00 CHF per person.
Furthermore, you may use the pool at the Hotel Mulino after registration at the reception.
