We had a great stay in DC at this property! I had to book a last minute hotel and for the price I was going to pay for a standard hotel room near the White House, I found this great deal with Global Luxury Suites on Expedia and got an ENTIRE one-bedroom apartment. Wow. And a block from the Metro and from the White House. AMAZING rooftop patio. I was worried when I read the negative reviews, but I had no problems. Great location, great apartment...just be aware that this company rents out apartments in a residential apartment building and is not a hotel proper. There was always an extremely friendly front desk/concierge, but they were building staff and nothing to do with Luxury Suites other than dispatching your key at check in. So naturally they aren't able to help with any issues with the room; you have to call customer service. We had no problems at all but I could see this being a potential issue if your key weren't there to check in, or if there were a substantial problem with the room and you could only leave a message when you called! Having said that we had no issues and completely enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

The apartment was basic and the furniture was old and very uncomfortable needed updating, was very unhappy we had to clean the whole apartment, wash bedding or we got charged.

The apartment building was clean, updated, and conveniently located. Everything is provided, pans, cutlery, dishes, sponge, dish soap, trash bags, etc. The AC doesn't work several outlet in my bathroom and room didn't work.

I will not recommend this place the customer support was slow and ineffective especially for the price. When I get to this place I discover that there are no linens for the sofa bed. I call the property 4 time one at 4:34pm one time at 6:12pm another time at 10:14pm and another time at 10:26pm just for them to tell me that they do not have personal on site and they can not deliver the linens until tomorrow which by then I will already be checkout. They tell my that I can use the spear linens for the other bed but those linens only has bedsheet and not any comforter. I would advise anyone that want to stay here try to exhaust any and all other possible options before booking this place.

We stayed in a one bedroom for three nights. Unit was perfect for us and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking to see all Washington had to offer.

Upon entering the lobby, it seems that I was taken to another Era(time). The look of those mail boxes are just nostalgic. 👍👍

Place was fine. It was more like a small apartment. It’s actually an apartment building with people that live there. Not so luxury as they say at least in my opinion the ladies at the front desk were amazing. The location was cool with places to eat and the White House the next block over but I trying to figure out the luxury part. Parking was 30 bucks a day which it said parking was not included which I get. Would have been nice to have a bar to go to and relax at night but I get it it’s a place people live. Your best bet is to get a hotel if you want the amenities of bar, pool ect. The place was very quite did not see many people in my coming and going from building. All in all was a good stay would I stay again I would not.
