the apartment was clean comfortable and very close to all amenities

there was some lads that was drinking and asking a noise but the owners soon put a stop to it

The location was ok, right next to a car-park, and the room was nice, clean and well-appointed (except for the issues mentioned below).

Although the entry-system on the front door worked well, the one on the room door was MUCH more difficult. It took dozens of attempts to get the keypad panel to appear, and I was really worried that I would not be able to get into the room at all, or that even if I did, I'd put my things in there and then not be able to get back in. In addition, the property had ZERO information about any available wi-fi (no guide for guests or anything), so I never was able to work out whether there was an accessible wifi network.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Canal Walk Luxury Studios for the second time, and after reading some previous reviews, I have to share my own experience. The central location of these studios is unbeatable—right behind West Quays Shopping Centre and just a walk from Ocean Village Marina. Whatever you're in town for, everything is right at your doorstep. The multi-storey car park is not even two door stops from the studios, making it incredibly convenient for those with a vehicle like myself. This is the cheapest parking in Southampton I have found in Southampton. The Studios themselves offer the comfort of a luxury hotel and the cozy feel of a home. The suites have brand new bathrooms and equipped kitchens with all the condiments you could need: a selection of breakfast cereals, teas, and biscuits. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a lovely touch chocolates on the bed. It's these small details that set this place apart. The decor is simply stunning. This was our third stay, and we can confirm each suite has its own style and personality. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making every room unique. During our first visit, when the studios were still being completed, we noticed a few areas that needed improvement. On our return, we were pleased to see many things had been added and changed more condiments provided, new mattresses, showing that the team here really listens to guest feedback. If you’re looking for a place of luxury and the convenience of Airbnb facilities, I highly recommend this . we will definitely be coming back

The first time we came we didn’t know where the access was for the car park as it is a one way system on East Street, now we know and it makes a lot of sense.

The cereal, tea and biscuit assortments were quite lovely

The property is located in Canal Walks which isn’t the most tourist area of Southampton but for parking and convenience of the studios it was worth it
