This is a great choice for a relaxing break. The facilities are excellent and the hotel is more than adequately staffed, who cannot be faulted - efficient, helpful, and all with a smile on their faces. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the grounds, the beach and the garden exquisitely maintained. The quality and the variety of food available for each meal is incredible, with the menu changing every day. The two points that need attention are (1) controlling the traders on the beach so that they are not pestering anyone obviously not interested in buying anything, and (2) the luggage trolleys going along the corridors to the rooms facing the beach can be a bit noisy as those corridors can act like a bit of an echo chamber. But these are minor points in the grand scheme of things.

The staff and location is good. And that’s all. Food, service, restaurants hours are very bad. The only food I liked was a tomato soup. Other food were bad or tasteless. Trying to book the “special restaurants” is an herculean task. And they are not good at all. And although they make it hard to book them, they always had a lot of empty tables. So, they make them hard to book just for fun. Not funny for me. I have stayed in a Riu hotel in Cancun, and drinks were served at the beach to the guests. Not in this one. You have to walk some distance to grab your tiny drink. Once you ate back at the beach, your drink has gone, si you gi back on line to get another one. So bad!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying hete. That are plenty of others hotels in the area. Once I was taking a nap after lunch and a guy from the hotel knocked at the door and entered the room. I never knew why . So, no privacy either.

Amazing hotel the staff were always very smiley and super helpful. They were the highlight of the stay. The complex felt super safe. We used every pool and the beach area for relaxing. We also had the chance to book the restaurants in the hotel which all offered something different but were all great quality.

Lovely hotel very clean, staff are so nice and friendly.

Hotel is on side of island that is very chill and relax so to go into town must call taxi. Ride is about 30-40 min. Staff does great job of arranging taxi
