A host fee that was outrageous and never got a response or heard from or really didn't believe she existed never had any communication the place was old and she had to clean the kitchen and dishes before using and refrigerator etc. The floors were in terrible condition and we had construction from 7-5 pm every day going on jackhammers and hammers all day but they seemed to think that was acceptable it was pop absolutely horrid and wound up physically ill.we were supposed to be on vacation and had to leave no one informed us of construction through the walls from 7-5 pm every day unacceptable!!!

The property manager's phone number was unanswered after placing multiple instead calls were directed to a voice mailbox that stated the mailbox was not set up to receive messages. I made my reservation through Evolve who then subcontracted with Expedia. The Evolve phone number requests an itinerary number but upon entering the number it asks for it over and over again, not recognizing I entered the number. No luck contacting them, NO RESPONSE.
