It's a beautiful property that is clearly the passion of its owners, Gwendolyn and Dennis, who are lovely, thoughtful and caring. We spent two nights and are super pleased. We had a delicious traditional breakfast the first morning and a delicious vegan breakfast the second after I happened to mention a New Year's resolution to Gwen. In one word, we would say our experience was "delightful."

The Gwendolyn and Dennis (the owners) were so nice and friendly and catered to our every need and want. I had forgotten my cpap gasket so my machine wouldn't work. So Gwendolyn called around for me but couldn't find one, so Dennis actually took the time to make one for me, now that is customer service or should i say customer care. We have been coming to Mt Dora many times over the last 8 years and stayed at many of the B&B's. After this experience we are now only going to stay at the Grandview. It was that great.I would rate our experience a 10 Russell And Lisa A

This is a beautiful B&B with amazing hosts! The decor, food, and ambient music playing softly in the background take you back in time reminiscent of the 1930's-40's. The breakfast, made from scratch and locally sourced, was wonderful! Dennis and Gwendolyn went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! We look forward to returning!

I can’t say enough of Greenview Bed and Breakfast. Everything was absolutely perfect, as a world traveler I must say this is on our top 5 stays.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The hosts are extreamly friendly and accommodating. Delicious full breakfast was served daily and afternoon tea and sandwitches were available. We will definatly be coming back to stay!

First class all the he way. The attention to detail in the vintage decorating as well as personal comfort is second to none. Beautiful grounds around the property. Huge tasty breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and very well kept. It was so nice to just sit on the porch swing, have a glass of wine, try excellent local cheese and enjoy the day. Gwendolyn and Dennis are great hosts and very kind. Their suggestions for all things local was spot on! It was fun being there as the house was slowly transforming from Halloween to the beginnings of Christmas.

The weather unfortunately was very rainy during our time in Mount Dora which made where we stayed very important Gwendolyn & Dennis made our trip the best it could be

My husband and I spent a relaxing 2 nights at the Grandview Bed and Breakfast. Gwendolyn and Dennis we're gracious hosts who made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast each day consisted of a variety of delicious homemade foods, including meat from local farms. The location is within walking distance to Downtown as well as area parks. We'll definitely be back!

People, food, and atmosphere was wonderful! I hope I get to visit again!

We would definitely go back there again.

Right from our arrival the owner Gwendoline greeted us checked if we needed ice and water with a friendly offer to help with our bags . She settled us in and invited us to the social hour . The property is just wonderful and so relaxing . With plenty of seating outside on verandah and around the pool . Breakfast was amazing cooked by Gwendoline from scratch with ingredients either grown on properly or sourced organically . Just perfect.
