The home is well equipped with a Lavazza Jolie Coffee Machine, coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies.

Beautiful Burrendong stands as a gateway to a multitude of award-winning wineries, with Phillip Shaw Wines just 5 minutes away. Experience the ultimate blend of comfort & convenience with the Greengate Supermarket and Newsagency just moments from your doorstep (250m). The Orange CBD is a 15-20 minute picturesque walk or a 3 minute drive. Across the road is the ever so popular family friendly pub and bar 'The Robin Hood', perfect for lunch and dinner!

Orange's coffee culture is enhanced with Byng St Local Store (800m) and Academy Coffee Roasters (750m). The Bela Vista Bar (500m) offers a retro-chic ambience with art deco styling, antique chandeliers, and plush velvet lounges for early evening gatherings before heading over to The Peacock Room for an intimate dining experience.
