The Apartment:
This spacious 60 m² loft features:

Living Area: A large, open-plan living room with a dining table for four, a comfy sofa in front of a 43-inch flat-screen TV, and a selection of toys and baby gear for families.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, kettle, stove, refrigerator, and washing machine.
Bathroom: Includes a bath, separate shower, toilet, and sink. Towels are provided.
Bedroom: A large double bed with the option to add two single beds or split the double into two.
Terrace: Accessed through French doors, this quiet, partially covered backyard terrace is perfect for relaxing.
Extras:

Bikes: Two brand-new Gazelle bikes are included, ideal for exploring Amsterdam the Dutch way. Additional bikes can be rented if needed.
Internet: Free Wi-Fi is available.
Arrival Perks: Upon arrival, enjoy a stocked fridge with basics, flowers, and fruit. A selection of maps, guides, and books about Amsterdam is provided.
Optional Boat Ride:
Enhance your Amsterdam experience with a private boat trip through the canals, complete with a picnic basket. We charge a reasonable price of €150 for this unique local experience. Just ask us for more details!

Guest Access:
Enjoy exclusive access to the entire loft, including the private terrace and bikes. The front door provides direct entry to your space.

Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood—no smoking of soft drugs on the terrace and keep noise to a minimum, especially early in the morning or after 10:00 PM.
