We had a wonderful stay. The only thing to be careful about would be the driveway. It is very sloped and so for elderly mom, was a little difficult. Also did not have access to the electric charger. The Kerig needs to be updated as it was very difficult to figure out and was very touchy - Coffee is a must!

We met our South Carolina family since half way for each family. Beautiful house, no lake access but nice view of lake. Would stay again!
Would suggest a booklet or guide with information about home, appliances,amenities and local restaurants guide. Lots of chain eateries around but would be fun to have guide to local dining.

We loved this house. Everything was beautiful & very calming atmosphere. We enjoyed shopping during the day & playing games at night. The last we went to Marina & looked at the lake & admired the beauty. The only change would be having a garden hose outside to wash off the vehicle until road is fixed. Got dirty getting things in & out. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone! We loved it!!!

Highly recommend this property and would stay again. Beautiful home, super clean, quiet street and close to the water and to great restaurants/shopping/coffee/bars on the downtown Gainesville square. Super easy/fast communication with homeowner. 5 stars.
