it is like a small oasis. Very well designed with lots of small displays that made the place very homely. The pool looked lovely, but it was a little too cold for us to use it. The dog was made welcome. The property is only a couple of kilometres from an amazing beach which surfers flock to. Ronny the owner of the property is vey easy going and so is his wife, Johanna, whom we saw briefly.

As always in Portugal there are a lot of properties with dogs living outside, this means that any walk means lots of barking from everywhere. Not nice. It is also a bit remote so you have to travel to restaurants etc.

Super warm and friendly and very kind hosts, Johanna and Ronny were amazing! Joao Jungle has everything we were looking for! The location is perfect, well decorated and felt very homie. It is also very close to the beach.

You'll feel right at home here. And wish you'd never leave too. Great hosts, homely homes, places to chill everywhere and super close to nice beaches.

Joao Jungle is a lovely B&B that has everything to enjoy your vacation. You can enjoy a day at the pool, use the sports area, and prepare a lovely bbq. If you prefer the sea, you can easily drive to multiple beautiful beaches and enjoy a surf session. Also you can visit Ericeira, only 15/20 min drive from Joao Jungle. The hosts are lovely! They really want to make you feel at home and assist you in everything you want. We'll definitely go back!

very nice and helpful hosts, family-like atmosphere - what is especially important when you travel with children, very well-equipped apartment, beautiful garden with pool and playground, two sweet cats :), close to Sintra and beautiful atlantic sandy (not crowded) beaches, place where you can fully relax, Johanna and Ronnie created an amazing place with attention to all the details
