On the ground floor you will find:

- An entrance hall
- An open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a double sofa bed in. The room also has a 55 inch smart TV in it.
- A shower room with a toilet and sink.
- A cinema room/bedroom. This room has a fold down Murphy bed, a large TV and comfy bean bags. When the bed is folded away it converts into a sofa.
- From the cinema room/bedroom you can enter the garden via french doors.
- The garden is a newly refurbished small courtyard area which contains a hot tub and built-in seating. Pretty lighting will give a calm vibe to relax in in the evenings.


On the first floor you will find:

- An open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room with 2 x double sofa beds, a 55 inch smart tv and a table and chairs with views of Bournemouth from the bay window.

- A bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

- A bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden with a king sized bed and TV.

On the second floor you will find:

- An open plan Kitchen/living room/dining room with a fold out table that seats 4. The living area has a double sofa bed and a 55 inch smart TV.

- A bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.

- A spacious double bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden.

On the third floor you will find:

- A bedroom with a double bed in it, a single sofa bed and a cosy little reading nook with toys and books for children to play with. There is also a stair gate at the entrance of this bedroom bedroom.
