All good.could do with a step up all the way along the front from the car park

The room was nice but the bathroom needs a little spruce up as its looking a little tired. It was clean which was the main thing. The beds were very comfortable & the receptionist at check in was very nice & friendly. My card was charged for items we didn't use so I rang up and the lovely lady on the phone said they'll reverse which was she did.

There is quite a lot of noise in the location, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights. Many cars driving past and people making noise late into the night. It can be quite disturbing when you’re trying to sleep.

Hi, I booked the room which was a ‘superior with spa bath‘. As shown on the website there was a spa inside the room and one bed. Our room did not have a spa in the room, it was in the bathroom instead. We also had one king bed an one single bed which took up most of the room. i thought the photos were quite deceiving. Also when we arrived we were asked to pay a $250 bond which was not stated online. In some areas of our room we couldn’t get wifi. I was very disappointed in my first stay at the hotel. And properly wouldn’t come back. Thanks Sarah

We had people above us who did not sit down till after 4am. They were coming and going all day and night which led me to believe that they were operating a business from there. I could not wait to leave. Left at 7am

Place was conveniently located near restaurants and by the airport. Room was really huge and had complete provisions, wish we could have stayed longer.

The room was lovely, clean, easily accessible and clean. Sadly never had time to use restaurant etc. but would definitely stay there again.

Firstly it was incredibly over priced for what it is, secondly it really needs some money spent on it to do it up and more importantly however they spin it, they are next to a fish plant and it really stinks. The stench comes into the room when ever a door or window is opening and in the heat of summer it really is horrendous. Normally I wouldn’t do a review as it’s best to take things as you find them, in this case the smell was so bad it would be wrong not to. Do youself a favour and go somewhere else.

Bottle shop over the road for wine to enjoy on the deck. Best fish and chips in NZ just down the road. Enjoyed looking at all the lovely gift ideas in Port O Call... a 5 min walk away.
