This stunning four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is located on the tenth floor of an elegant building in the heart of Granada. It boasts a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the city’s skyline, including the Alhambra, the cathedral, and the Albaicín. Additionally, it offers a large private parking space in the same building, with direct access to the apartment via an elevator.
Upon entering, a welcoming foyer leads to a grand living room of over 60 square meters, divided into three areas: a dining room with an elegant round table that seats eight, a lounge with designer sofas and a 55-inch Smart TV, and a relaxing area with armchairs, all flooded with natural light from large windows. The adjoining balcony offers unparalleled views of Granada’s most iconic landmarks.
The kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, includes a breakfast bar and a separate laundry room. The elevator also connects directly to the garage, providing easy access from the parking area. The entire apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.
The four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom suite has a 160x200 cm bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a large wooden shower tray. The second bedroom also has a 160x200 cm bed, while the third is equipped with two 90x200 cm single beds. The fourth bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed. All bedrooms have large wardrobes and are designed for maximum comfort.
