Step out from your private front entrance and you'll be greeted by the quiet streets one of Edmonton's most desirable & quiet neighborhood's - Keswick!
What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached.
- Large Master Suite with a HUGE King Bed with attached Ensuite
- Our house features THREE FULL washrooms. One on the main floor with a stand up shower, one attached to the master bedroom and the other located in the hallway upstairs.
- Only a 20 minute drive to Edmonton's world famous - West Edmonton Mall (WEM) and 20 minute drive to YEG Airport
- Beautifully decorated space by a local Edmonton Designer with Warm-Modern & Cozy furnishings and a bright warm ambiance.
- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad.
- Secure attached 2 car garage & TONS of available street parking.
- Our home features not one...but two... comfortable Living rooms! Both feature lightening fast Wi-Fi on our large 55" and 50" SMART TV's which feature complimentary Netflix.
What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each upstairs bedrooms for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast!
-Our home is BRAND NEW construction which is amazing with all new finishes and furniture. However, because it is a brand new neighborhood as well, there is a bit of construction dust outside and potential construction noise while during the week and daytime hours while the neighborhood fills out
-There is a basement unit in the home so there can be some potential to hear neighbors
Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 King beds in the remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 bunk bed on the main floor and a Sofa bed in the Bonus room upstairs.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including an attached car garage located at the back of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to West Edmonton Mall or the Downtown Core or Whyte Ave - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!

-All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.
- We do require a $750CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed along with a digital signature on our rental agreement. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Please reach out on the platform with any questions or concerns you may have!
