Welcome to our Havelock North village family home. We are in early stages of renovations but as you will see from the photos the home is mainly in original condition.
Upstairs four bedrooms with bathroom and two toilets. Views out to Te Mata Peak and the ranges. Downstairs living, kitchen, powder room, playroom and dining opening to outdoor entertainment area with bbq, pizza oven and trampoline!
Upstairs:
The large master King size bedroom features high ceilings and a couch for quiet reading plus a half ensuite which consists of a toilet and small basin.
The Queen size bedroom has a lovely view out to Te Mata Peak and cosy feel.
The Single bedroom is designed for a princess who loves pink! Complete with a walk in wardrobe and King Single bed which has an additional single pull out bed.
The bunk bedroom is generous with a King single bed as well as single bunk beds. In this room you will find a bookshelf of children’s books to enjoy. It also features a deck overlooking the garden and neighbouring green properties.
There are three toilets. One in the master bedroom, one in the main bathroom upstairs and one guest toilet downstairs.
The main bathroom features a single vanity unit, toilet and shower.
Downstairs all the windows are newly installed double glazed and you will find a large heat pump/air conditioner unit.
You enter our home into an entrance way then either upstairs, into the kitchen or into the living room. The living room has the TV a large L shape couch and a study desk area. The dining room includes a large oval dining table and sliding doors out onto the outdoor entertainment area.
The kitchen, like most of the interior is in original condition but includes all the modern appliances like a Nespresso coffee machine and Kitchenaid mixer. The fridge is tucked away in the scullery/laundry area. The kitchen is semi open plan to the living room and dining room enabling you to keep an eye on what is going on. It also features large sliding windows opening out to the outdoor entertainment area to enable connection with whoever is on the BBQ or relaxing on the outdoor couch!
Off the kitchen is a kids playroom. An original carport, recently converted into a room. It has a small TV, beanbags and plenty of games and toys for the children to enjoy, or a quiet cool space to hide and read your book!
Just a 10 minute stroll into the village where you will find endless cafe and restaurant options, incredible playground, library and community pool facilities. Only a 5 minute walk to the HNPS school tennis courts, basketball hoop and playground. The children can enjoy the pools and playground during the day then stroll back for a meal and drinks. Or enjoy a family dinner make your own pizza around the outdoor pizza oven or bbq.
Please note: This is our family home and although we will remove personal items and clear out the drawers and wardrobes, some cupboards will still contain personal items which we trust you would respect. We have very closely situated elderly neighbours, who love the sounds of laughter and fun, especially with children but as we all live close together respect is required. No parties thank you.
