This modern stylish Jesmond flat is a perfect home from home for all those coming to visit the vibrant city of Newcastle. The property is thoroughly furnished with comfort in mind with a modern, functional open plan living and kitchen space.
This property sleeps a maximum of 6 guests with 3 double beds in 3 separate bedrooms. We are located just outside of Newcastle city centre which is accessible by car, train or bus in 10 minutes.
When you arrive at the property you will see a large carpark which is free to use throughout your stay. Please be respectful of other residents when parking and avoid blocking people in if it does get busy. The main building is accessible via a central front door with lift of stair access to the flat on the second floor.
Once you enter the flat you will see the kitchen and living space to your right. The living and kitchen space is open plan with a large balcony space outside is accessible via french doors.
Each of the 3 double rooms connect to the central hallway, please make use of the wardrobe space provided. Hand and Bath towels are provided and will be on the beds when you arrive.
There is a main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower which is shared between all guests from your group. The master bedroom does also have an en-suit which means there should be ample space for people to get ready in for the day ahead.
Guests will enter the property through a shared corridor space and a central staircase. The flat is private and you will have full access to the entire apartment.
Parking is free throughout your stay. Please make use of the large carpark available at the front and side of the main building.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a 5-10 minute walk away.
Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
