A very nice place to stay at the black river. The property was clean inside, but not so clean outside, especially the veranda and the gutter was rinsing.

We had a thoroughly good time. The property is spacious and light. The "Property Girls" were extremely helpful. The website is out of date and should be changed.

Nice cozy fire in the lounge, brilliant back porch area, and kitchen stocked with everything we needed.

Great accommodation, very comfortable, kitchen well kitted out. Lovely scenery. Garden had a pond and the Blackwater river was at the bottom of the garden. Spacious dining living room made it a great space for family games evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and more. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone and it’s a nice and private location. Would recommend.

We spent a weekend at the property for a 40th birthday with close family and found it perfect! The house is HUGE and had the bonus of the annex property which allowed older parents to relax in the morning away from early rising children! We had the luck of the Scottish weather which allowed us to open up the massive doors and windows onto the balcony which overlooked the garden and river in the sunshine all day. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone especially this with larger families staying and looking for a relaxing time.

Beautiful location and within easy travelling distance to various locations. House was ideal for our party of 11 views from the house were lovely and the garden was ideal too.

We had a great 3 night stay at the property. We have 12 in the group including a toddler and 2 babies. We enjoyed exploring the local area and the house had plenty of room for the whole gang.

Beautiful spacious house with fabulous views of the river . It had everything we needed for a fantastic family break .

Everything was as described. The home was very nicely designed and set up. The upstairs bathroom did not have towels or toiletries but there was enough in the downstairs area. It was a nice drive into the national park and groceries were only about 20 minutes away. We would stay here again.

Was the most wonderful family weekend celebrating son's 30th birthday. The property and location was spot on and we all had a great time.

Lovely house in a beautiful area, with more or less everything you need. Only thing that we felt was worth a mention, the house was very cold when we arrived as the radiators were at the bottom setting, as it's a big house it took forever to heat up, we had to go looking for more logs the first night.

Renting the property was easy and payment was easily done through the website. Only thing I was concerned about was that there was no contact numbers should anything have gone wrong only emails.

Property is ideal for small group family gathering, spacious, loads of bathrooms, great location by the river , lovely views well equipped kitchen, tastefully designed. Sauna is a bonus too. One bedroom was a bit cold and long to heat up, but it was February ... otherwise absolutely perfect.

Me and my friends stayed for a short brake , we wished to stay longer. The house have everything you need and very clean ! We will definitely come back!!!

It’s very cold during our stay and guest need to prepare things for fireplace. In general to say we had nice time.
