This 4-bedroom, 2-bath La Quinta vacation rental is the perfect desert oasis retreat! This beautiful and comfortable home is located in the heart of Old Town La Quinta—a desirable location, close to restaurants, gyms, shops, the Sunday Farmer’s Market, and much more. For bike lovers, bike lanes surround this home with easy access, and some of the great La Quinta hikes are just a short drive away. At the same time, the neighborhood is relaxing despite being close to so many amenities.
The home has an open-concept living area complete with a sunroom. Two of the bedrooms have desks for those working remotely, so you will be well set up. The pool and spa are completed with a large wall waterfall, a unique and wonderful feature.
The home is fully stocked and well set up, as the owners lived in it before renting it out. You will be comfortable with everything you need.
Utilities: Please note, in the months of May to September, there is a utility cap of $500, which is usually sufficient to cover the home if the AC is not overused at the lowest temperatures. This can be negotiated for multiple-month rentals.
Pool/Spa Heat: It is $100/day for pool heat, and the spa is included in that price, or you can choose to only heat the spa for $35/day. You can pick the days you need for heating. If continuous heating is required, we can offer a discount. The purpose is just to offset the additional high gas bill that pool heating can cause, not to profit from it.
If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
*Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival.
CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS:
Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

We are pet friendly! There is a $75 non refundable fee for the first pets stay and $25 non refundable fee for each additional pet.
We will collect this fee after booking is completed.
NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home.
PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest.
FESTIVALS:
Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. Regular noise ordinance is in effect.
