✹ Outside-facing Ring security camera in use.
✹ Strictly no parties permitted.
✹ 1 parking slot reserved for Unit 2 guests. Street parking is not allowed.
✹ It is in a commercial district; there may be some music noise at live-music noise (low) at night and some normal 'business' noise during day. It's on a side street but in-town.
✹ During the winter season, the outdoor chairs on the porch and patio are unavailable as they are stored away to protect them from harsh weather conditions. Thank you for your understanding!
✹ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. You are welcome to smoke outside, though. Kindly dispose of your cigarette butts in the stainless trash container located in the parking area next to the exterior of the red brick building. Thank you!
✹ Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.
