Rooms are little bit small, except that everything is fine,the hotel manager consider my early check in

Connecting roads were not upto the mark due to rain.

Staff are very good. Quick response was there whenever anything is needed.

Wifi was not available at my room. Bathroom tap in sink was not releasing water properly.

Good location, walkable distance from railway station.

Cleanliness was not maintained.

MSR Lodge very walkable distance to Tirupathi rlwy stn and bust stand. This is old type building. Room interior normal. Booking app shows 1200/-. But they charged 1450/-. Staff is polite.

Room interior. AC Set up interior not good.

The beds & pillows were clean & comfortable. Also the room size is quite good to accomadate as many people as suggested.

The toilet had no window due to which there were many insects coming in the room. The AC was getting lower than 25°C. The cost is too high for the facilities they provide.

I liked NOTHING about the hotel.

I requested for 3 rooms - recived 2 rooms Walls of the rooms were dirty, didn't felt like living in the hotel room Bathroom drain was clogged - the room boy cleared it later No water jug/bottle, toiletries etc No ventilations for fresh air

Drinking water made available outside the room. Air-conditioning working fine Hot water available all the time.

Toilet flush not working. Front end staff at the day of our arrival not comfortable to handle. Supporting staff was comfortable. It was informed by the staff that the Carpets available inside the cupboard. But they are not usable. Floor mat was very dirty. The same was replaced next day only after repeated requests. Towel, soap, not available.
