The breakfast was amazing. The first day, it was al a carte and second day was buffet. Both days were great.

The pricing was little higher than normal. But it could be because of New year.

Our overall experience was terrible at this hotel right from the start. Let me start off with the pros. 1. Location- it is right on Triveni ghat and Ganga aarti is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. 2. Hotel staff are good and responsive.

doesn't mention on the hotel site that between 5 pm to 8 pm during the Ganga aarti time, no cars will drop you off near the hotel. The taxi driver refused to take us to the hotel in the narrow crowded lanes. We called the hotel and a hotel staff came and argued with the taxi driver. The taxi driver dint budge- then finally after requesting multiple rickshaws, one of them agreed to come in around 700 metres for Rs 150. Filthy is one word to describe this hotel. It was lots of cringes and lots of ewwws. We booked the family suite for almost the same price as what you would pay for a 5 star hotel in Mumbai for Rs. 10000 a night. When they took us to the room, it was a musty, smelly, and unmaintained room- there were cobwebs on the bedsheets and floors were dusty. The whole 1st floor smelt like a smelly toilet. Also, the Ganga view from 1st floor was a joke, there was a brick wall blocking the view and the terrace of the building in front was filled with trash. We requested for a room change and got 2 separate rooms, both of which were dirty and filthy. One room was cleaned the same night and lots of dust was removed from the floors. We requested for the other room to be cleaned next day. Even after cleaning, there are several issues of filth as seen in photos- balcony not clean, dusty chair kept in the balcony, room floors not tiled well, leakage from bath to the toilet floor- which are just not how a hotel should be operated. The staff were helpful and responded immediately but overall the management of the hotel isnt professional enough to maintain a hotel to the standard considering the prices being charged.

Rooms were clean. Staff was polite, helpful and cooperative. Any request was attended promptly. Hotel’s proximity to Triveni ghat is it’s USP. Strongly recommended if Triveni ghar is traveller’s only objective.

Rooms were clean and dusted. But bathrooms need attention in context to ventilation and maintenance. Air fragrance in bathrooms will be a big help. Bathroom walls could need some cleaning and scrubbing. Room’s main doors and handles need good scrubbing. They are sticky, in need of dire scrubbing.

The location. It's less than a minute walk to triveni ghat. The food is quite good. It's only a good option for it's location.

The rooms are absolutely under maintained. Our room was rat infested. And when we explained it to the staff they were least cooperative. They made a to exchange the room even the hotel was not fully occupied. In all the hotel is not at all clean. The main doors have 2 inch gaps for any creature to enter it.

Overall, great

A full buffet breakfast only instead of an option to order stuffs separately
