My family of 6 adults stayed here in Aug 2024. We’ve stayed in many large villas in this area of Cala D’Or & this one compared favourably with the others.
The outside areas are excellent, more than enough comfortable sun beds which are not cramped together, a lovely deep pool & an outside dining table on the veranda which we used for lunch. My 4 adult children spent a lot of time out here.
Inside the main double bedroom upstairs is a little dated and the bathroom could do with a refresh but a good room with good aircon and we slept well. The two double bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) were good and the bathrooms looked to have been updated recently, the aircon again was excellent.
Downstairs there is only aircon in the TV room which was an excellent cool down and chill room.
Main seating area was fine for 6.
Kitchen had everything you’d need to prepare any type of meal for 10 people & an inside dining table which we used on a rainy day.
I had expected there is to a washing machine & a dryer but there is only a WM. That would have been fine but we had rain on the Thursday so no chance to wash & dry outside.
I chose this villa as the location is excellent, a 5 minute walk from the main town strip & the marina.
I was surprised to find an open air tapas restaurant opposite our front door but we were never disturbed by the music or guests and had an excellent evening there when rain prevented us going further afield.
Overall this is an excellent villa & I would return

Beautiful villa very spacious, very nicely fitted out, Kitchen well equipped for all your needs. Lovely pool and patio/ sun bed, outdoor dining area.
Super clean, most important thing for me, beds comfortable.
5 minutes from the beach, port and restaurants and bars. Family of eight with a one year old and three year old.
We had the best time and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

This villa is large, airy and very well equipped. It is well maintained both inside and out with attractive outside areas and a lovely pool. It is in a perfect location with very quick and easy walkable access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee bars and beaches. I will definitely look to book again.

Lovely villa with great outdoor space and pool. High quality furnishings and furniture. This was our second stay and would stay again. Great location with lots of bars and restaurants within 5 min walk would recommend.

Superb villa loccated only a few minutes walk to the port and town centre.
Small beach 5 minutes walk and other beaches just 10 minutes away.
Great location for all nearby restaurants.
Loads of space inside amd outside around the pool.
Perfect for larger groups or families.

This is gorgeous villa which is fully kitted out. It is large and spacious to fully accommodate 10 guests (we were nine and had ample room). Excellent living area, kitchen and large bedrooms only one without an on-suite, and that is next to a bathroom. A TV lounge for the children. All airconditioned. Large pool and plenty of loungers to relax around the pool. The outside is well protected and landscaped providing an excellent level of privacy. It is situated exactly as it says in the brochure with easy access to nearby, shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. All this made it a stunning holiday for us as a family. Highly recommend it.

Excellent villa
Just back from a wonderful stay in this excellent villa. Very well equipped and the location is perfect. Cala dor was lovely and everyone was so helpful and so friendly.

Extremely nice villa in wonderful town
What a place! Villa is a place with high standards, spacious, light and well situated. The town itself is a marvellous peaceful place with plenty of nice beaches and numerous fine restaurants. I strongly recommend!

Great Location
This villa is in a brilliant location exactly in the middle between the marina and the town centre, both can be walked to in 5 minutes with a huge amount of restaurants and shops nearby.
The villa is well furnished and finished and the pool is perfect for enjoying the lovely weather. I’m glad we didn’t pay to heat the pool as the sun did a great job of that for us.
We had a couple of issues including front door lock and hot water supply but the managing agent fixed these incredibly quickly, within 30 minutes we had both a locksmith and a plumber. Very good service.

Oh just so wonderful
Villa Margerita is a stunning, huge villa in a delightful residential area of Cala D'or. It's as big, stylish and clean as the pictures led me to believe, and made for an amazing family holiday.
The star of the show is the lovely big pool, perfect for a five-year-old to swim and some much bigger kids to play water volleyball and act like plonkers in a big rubber flamingo.
We spent as much time as we could in the pool, snoozing on the comfortable loungers, eating at the terrace table, and playing ping pong up on the roof.
The five bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet and drawer space, the bathrooms were all clean and modern with warm showers and each room had its own.
The lounge was enormous and great for playing games in the evening, while the TV room was perfect for a snuggle and a movie.
The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was spotlessly clean. We took extra pods for the dishwasher and the washing machine and used both which made life easier !
The location is simply fantastic. It was about four minutes' walk to the little beach and another five to the Cala Gran beach. It was about five mins to the shops and restaurants on the main drag (we loved La Bodegas and Meat Club) and around seven minutes in the other direction to the Marina (We tried out ZLocal and Portofino).
We travelled in October and got the worst few days of weather the Island had seen all year, with thunderstorms three nights straight. But we could still use the heated pool even when it was a bit chilly or raining (not in the lightening storm of course) and it made us appreciate the warm sunny weather by the end of the week all the more.
We didn't have to use the Air Con much, and couldn't find the heating controls (for drying towels etc) but it didn't really matter as there were ample blankets around the place when anyone felt a little chilly.
Nathalie and her team from the management company were lovely and very helpful, and I would stay at Villa Margerita again in a heartbeat.

Kiva talo
Osa huoneista ja komeroista haisi maakellarilta ja pihavalot eivät toimineet. Grillaaminen pilkkopimeällä pihalla oli haaste, eivätkä lapset voineet leikkiä pihassa illalla. Ilmoitimme pimeästä pihasta heti, mutta asiaa ei korjattu.
Talo oli siisti, hyvällä paikalla lähellä Eco beachiä, satamaa ja keskustaa. Pingispöytä oli kiva! Talo oli helppo löytää. Lähellä oli Spar-market.

Die gemachten Angaben stimmten überein.Gute Lage,gepflegt!Gross genug für 7 Personen.Kleine Beanstandungen wurden von der Agentur umgehend behoben!

Fantastic Family Holiday
What an amazing property. Clean and fantastically equipped with everything we needed for two young families - high chairs and big travel cots with proper mattresses available on request.
Pool is gorgeous and clean, and well kept.
Location couldn’t have been better. Only a few minutes walk from a number of local supermarkets, 5 minutes from the central bars and restaurants, and less than 10 minutes from the beaches and harbour - everything was so accessible!

Great property and location
Really enjoyed our week stay in the Villa ,the location of the property was fantastic. The pool area and the Al fresco dining area was great.
Personally a little surprised that the towels weren't replaced or extra towels given initially during our stay. One of the single beds in the downstairs twin needs replacing as very squeaky.
Otherwise an excellent experience would certainly return. The whole family had a great holiday

The owner's sister would come into the house to get something almost every day. We paid more for 6 hours of cleaning during the week we rented and the house continued with sand on the floor, in addition at the end I was informed that the amount deposited would be discounted plus 3 hours of cleaning as we left some dishes to wash. They reported that the orange squeezer had broken and charged for it without proving it was broken. I asked for a video and I did not receive it. As for the architectural design was to be desired. The living room on the window has the balcony barely able to walk with the table. The home-theater was so small we could not all watch TV together. I do not recommend.

Another great stay
We’ve stayed here once before. Great location for harbour, town and beach. Lovely pool and rooftop terrace table tennis, perfect for kids. Well appointed place ideal for self-catering. Recommend it for families.

Lovely well equipped villa in a great locaton
From the moment we booked nothing was too much trouble, the agents were really helpful, prompt in replying to any queries we had. The villa was as described, really well equipped, great location. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Nice Villa but could be better
The villa was very good but there was a number of things that could have been better especially for the cost. The bathrooms especially in the 3rd bedroom upstairs look tired and the Air conditioning is in need of an upgrade in 3 of the rooms as it was very noisy. There is no Aircon in the main living area or kitchen but this was not to bad. The off road parking we could not use as there was no key to the gate and not sure we would have fitted a large car in anyway. The internet was also very flakey with dropping in and out but this may be a operator problem.
The plus side is the pool is very nice although not for very small children and the positions very central to everything with lots of choices of bars and restaurants.
Overall a good villa but could be great with a bit of TLC

Comfortable villa great location. Outside was lovely enough space for the 10 of us.
10 of us went ages ranging from 3 to 60 years old and was great for everyone. The TV room was great for the kids and kitchen big enough for us. Great to have 2 fridges as their was a few of us. The location is fantastic 5-7 minutes walk to centre and harbour and to beach. Throughly enjoyed our week away and would come back.

Very spacious and well presented.
A very enjoyable stay, and the property had everything required. Only minor negative is that we felt the bathrooms are due an update. Also a small 'welcome pack' of a small selection of essential groceries would have been well received after a long journey and arriving in the evening.

Lovely Villa and Superb Location
Wonderful villa. I have been back here many times and stayed in this villa. It's located very close to everything - walking distance to the main town, beach and the marina (which is by far the star of cala d'or). All amenities you would need, huge pool, and very clean and comfortable. I will be heading back there in September 2017. Thank you.

Pretty much as shown in the photographs.
We liked the villa and it was clean and well maintained. There were a few things that were somewhat annoying - such as the acoustics in the house- due to the atrium style in the main living room - the noise levels were very high even when we were being quiet? Also, the outside dining terrace area was rather narrow. There were a few basic items missing from the kitchen - such as enough wine glasses, no proper chopping board. It these were bought for us by Alex.
I would probably recommend this villa to a friend.
The position worked very well for us as we could walk within 5 minutes to the harbour, the beach and the town centre? We had a very good dinner at the Yacht club and average ones elsewhere.
