El personal muy amable

Las camas un poco viejas.. pero bueno la decoración va a gusto.

on as réservé sur internet, on n'es arrivé tard, la personne qui s'occupe des réservations n'était pas là on as attendu un moment ! il état sympa et coopératif il parlait français , problème grave de parking on as passé des heures à chercher une place pour stationner ! les lits sont catastrophiques !

le prix mais c'était pas suffisant surtout qu'on as passé des heures pour aller chercher une place pour le parking et pour manger un bout avant de dormir

I got a large room, which I was very greatful for, because the hotel before had very, very small rooms. The stuff was very helpful as well. I appreciated the location, which is not in the busy area. You can walk along the river to the centre, which is a nice short walk.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful.

There was no A/C or fan in the room.

The hotel receptionist (the one present in the afternoons) was unfriendly and did not take her job seriously. During our stay, every day, the hotel and this receptionist was messing up new things. Firstly, the AC was not working, and hotel staff constantly lied thar it was functional. It was unberably hot. Then, the same receptionist did not allow us to change the room (even though it was already agreed with another receptionist in the morning) for the one with working AC. Moreover, later that day they gave the key card of our room to a new guest! We were laying on the bed relaxing after the hike when someone strange entered our room! If we were not there someone could have taken our staff and we would not be able to prove it. On top of that, every piece of furniture of the hotel and our room (with the exception of bed and towels) was dirty.

We got an upgrade as there was a big group of kids, but they did not bother us. Only a little bit crowded in the morning when getting breakfast. Room, location and breakfast were good. Nice to have a walk from hotel to city center and hiking trails near by as well, close enough to bus station.

Staff there so can turn up at any point and they were polite

Could not park (if parking available they wanted 18 euro extra which is a joke) Room looked like something out of the 1800's Room was not clean, the bedding was the worst

3 nights aircon doesnt work. 3 Nights during summer without airport was hell. We’re ask for electric fan but they dont have. They tell us to change the room last minute like 1am then were about to check out 6am. This hotel is not good for travelers that wants to relax.

This hotel is a great combination of price, location and service. The staff especially the lady at checkin are courteous, always smiling and helpful. They kept my luggage for a few hours while I waited for my bus. They offer a wide buffet for breakfast with hot dishes. The hotel is located at a 10mins walking distance from the Bus Terminal, and 15-20mins from the Commercial street. There is a very good laundromat nearby as well as supermarkets. The rooms look outdated but that is compensated with them being clean, comfortable and views of the mountains. The bathroom was large and clean too.

They don’t offer water bottles in the room. Its not a bid deal though.

The location wasn’t the best but aside from that it’s great.

Everything except the ask of 16E for parking!! Why? When you have Parking, it would have been great to allow it to be used for a night, Afterall, traveling on a motorcycle, the least we want is a safe place to park the MC and 16E was quite atrocious! However, thanks to the Receptionist for guiding to free park zones and telling me that Andorra is a safe place with 1 cop for every 4 citizens!!!!

Beds were so uncomfortable and the room was not very clean

Breakfast was good, cheap (8.50 euros) and with a big buffet, comfy beds, big rooms, very clean

The hotel is a little old, but still beautiful! Could make use of a renew

The lady on reception was super sweet and welcoming, spoke multiple languages and was very helpful in answering questions and showing me where to go on the city map. Good value for money, within walking distance of the centre. Would stay again. Thank you.
