Didn’t realise we had to reserve parking for our motorcycles. No kettle in the room.

We found the self-check-in service very convenient. Our room is facing the inside grounds so it was very calm. We also found the room clean and the kitchenette well-equipped although we didn't use it.

Just a small detail was that we were supposed to sign a paper, included with the keys, upon arrival but we didn't have any pen with us and the reception was closed. It would have been better if there was a pen available for use in the lobby area or on the desk in the rooms.

the position of the apartment is great and at walking distance from the city centre of Reims. we really appreciated the two bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. Also, since we arrived late evening, it was super easy to follow the instructions left by the owner for the keys etc.

the moquette on the floor, the sofa was a bit broken and since the apartment is a great solution to stay in Reims, maybe the furniture of the living could be improved a little bit. I would have loved finding some teas since there was also a kettle in the kitchen.

Good facilities, fridge was ideal.

The hotel is perfect if you want to see the city.

The property was close to everything that we wanted to visit. It’s close to a grocery store and gas station.

It met all of our needs, except there was no hairdryer.

The place had parking and was located a 15m walk from the town centre. Plenty of space and clean. But the flexibility of the staff was a real bonus. I had booked the wrong night and only realised a day late. They offered an alternative without any additional charge. The self check-in worked easily.

Parts of the property felt a little tired and the lighting in the hallways could be better.

Unfortunately I don't like anything. One thing after I complain and the refund for me one night I don't stay.

The hallways is dark the room smells not good and dirty also the bes is horrible. In the night a-lot od noisy out. Before booking I saw a-lot of comments good but it is not - also I didn't block de door because the room not air and a might I got one men open my room - I and my boy friend so scary was scream out and directed block the door before he into ... and I didn't know what happened why that men open the door when I didn't block . Horrible place - I swear this is so true.

The location was great, the bed is comfy clean, the bathroom is big and spacious, it's like a furnished studio you only need to bring groceries. I liked the way they communicate with the guest in the middle of this epidemic, the stay was calm.

There was dust at the table and the desk, there wasn't any paper towel in the kitchen or wipes. For the chek-out it was soo early at 10h30 so we went all day with all our luggage, also we had to throw the trash from the room and put it in the local trash can that we couldn't find so we use some trash found on the road outside. There was a coffee maker without the coffee or even sugar or tea.

location is good

The room was fine. There was a small kitchenette and little table with stools. There was secure parking available which was great. There were no staff on site but the instructions to get in were very clear. It was very close to Champagne houses especially Maison Mumm which was practically next door.

The wifi did not seem to be working but there were no staff around to ask for help. It was a little bit of a walk to the town centre. Also, there was no air conditioning and so it was a bit on the warm side!

There is a large fridge in the room not pre-filled with some crazy stuff which you can use for cooling champagne:) The hotel itself is located near the ancient Roman arc/gates and the train station.

There was a spot on a blanket which was a bit annoying especially given that the stuff is gone after 18 so there was nothing to do about it. Check-out before 10:30 given check-in after 15 could be not particularly convenient.
